The neighborhood is very laid back outside of work hours with the exception of events held in the Columbus commons which are usually limited to the summertime.
-All events end by 10 pm.
There are several bars and restaurants within walking distance.
The building has a grocery store that is open until 10 pm
CVS Pharmacy right across the street.
One block over from the Scioto River and the Scioto Mile Bike/running trail.
The neighborhood is patrolled by security 24/7 by security.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is to walk(weather permitting) or take a short Uber.
There are also Bird, Lime, Ride, and Lift scooters available for rent.

Awesome Place!

This place is great! It is clean with plenty of room. The location is great, with so many restaurants and bars within walking distance. My husband and I and our adult daughter and son in law and our infant granddaughter stayed there. Dom is a great host with wonderful communication.

Excellent Property Great Host

This property is excellent. The host communicates within five minutes. It exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this property. It is close to the downtown area. Very safe. Clean. all of the amenities and additional items were found in the unit. we were so pleased with the overall experience. I cannot tell you how amazing it was.

Relaxing Stay in Perfect Location in Downtown Columbus

We were excited to find this property as it is in a perfect location to downtown. It is central to many different types of restaurants and fun things to do. Our host was exceptional as his instructions were very detailed and easy to follow. He was easy to communicate with and he made an effort to reach out to make sure we had everything we needed. We were very satisfied with our stay and would stay here again.

Great Apartment

We stayed here for work, and it was a great place to stay. The Commons is awesome and parking is quite convenient. The unit is as advertised. We had a little bit of trouble getting into the unit and understanding the parking. We definitely would stay again.

Highly recommend

This property was perfect for us! Four of us for 6 nights. We had everything we needed, even coffee, creamer, along with soaps, shampoo and conditioner in bathrooms. Property owner response was very quick. Safe area. Make sure to get instructions on how to get to pool, which is in the building next door. If ever in Columbus, I would come here again.
