Steps from Schmidt’s, The Old Mohawk, Barcelona, and Schiller Park to name a few. A quiet place to stay while still being close to all that downtown Columbus has to offer. Driveway offers parking for two vehicles. Small patio for a place to relax outside. Tastefully decorated to provide extra comfort during your stay. With all new appliances and furnishings, this is a fresh feeling home with old time charm.

Fun location, great off street parking spots 2X, firm mattresses, so clean and fun to stay! It was nice to be able to control the temperature easily, super smooth check in process, everything in good working condition, comfy couches and soft lighting! Really great for a girls weekend.

Charming doesn’t begin to describe this lovely property, which is in the ideal location for exploring what the German Village has to offer. The photos do not do this listing justice! It is cozy, well-stocked, whimsical yet grounded, and makes you feel immediately at home. You can tell that thought was put into this home, and no expenses spared to ensure high-quality touches. The beds and bedding were phenomenal; they were so comfortable it made me not want to leave them. I loved the added touch of fresh flowers in the kitchen as well.There was so much serene, natural lighting with all the windows that we didn't even need to turn lights on during the day. The curtains blocked the light wonderfully at night when needed however. The porch and entrance were private and so peaceful. We'd never been to this area, and the host recommended some places that we did not regret visiting. I also cannot say enough how sweet and thoughtful the host, Corey, was and how much more special his kindness made our trip. Thank you for that! He even asked how we enjoyed different things and was personal, while still keeping communication up to us (not at all invasive, etc). There were so many restaurants, coffee shops, a park, and more within walking distance. We were there for a concert at Kimba Live and it was an inexpensive, 10-minute Uber drive from the cottage. I would absolutely love to stay again in the future, and really did feel at home. The cottage was so unique and wonderful.

The house was a dream! The host went above and beyond to surpise my daughter with an adorable baloon. Everything was a few steps away, from shops, restaurants and coffee. The cottage was unique, beautiful, serene and would book again!Thank you for the incredible stay in german village.

Our family of four really enjoyed our stay! The cottage is in a perfect location to walk all over German Village and had many comfortable spots to enjoy a movie and dinner in. We felt very safe as the area was well lit, and our own parking space was a nice feature as well. We would definitely stay again.

A very charming cottage in German Village and so close to Schmidt’s lSausage Haus. The property has everything you could want and extreme clean and well taken care of. Corey, the owner, is so friendly and was willing to answer any question I had about the cottage and surrounding area. He gave us incredible recommendations for places to see, things to do, and places to eat in German Village. Highly recommended staying here.

An evening on a road trip

Columbus Ohio’s Germantown was a great place to explore and not be caught up in the hustle of a one night stay on the beginning of a long family vacation. Our host gave clear and helpful information, when requested, and the home was fully functional for us to fully enjoy our short afternoon and evening.
