"When I walked through the door last Wednesday afternoon, I was greeted with “Welcome back!” So, it was reassuring that I’d made the right choice in returning to GINN City & Lounge Yorck Berlin, after a year. That greeting was so genuine and most appreciated. Then, throughout my 5 night stay, I enjoyed lovely interactions with so many staff members. I have grown to LOVE GINN City & Lounge Yorck Berlin. 💖"

"De kamer was schoon en groot genoeg voor 4 personen. Het balkonnetje was heerlijk om even in het zonnetje een kopje koffie te drinken. De kamer werd op verzoek tijdens het verblijf schoongemaakt. Receptie personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Enige punt van aandacht is dat de slaapbank in onze kamer wat te stevig was, we hebben van het hotel nog een extra topper gekregen, maar een iets dikkere topper zou uitkomst bieden. "The balcony room was extremely spacious, especially for an inner city hotel. Very sweet and helpful staff. Good central location, however I feel there are nicer parts of town to stay. Watch out for scammers trying to get donation for a deaf school!"

Very near to first class transport links to all over; and lots of facilities close by. 3 mins walk to small local store, 10 mins to Lidl, the same to The Story Bunker. I’d recommend it highly. "

"The staff are very friendly. The location is great near public transport, restaurants, supermarkets etc great for families. The family room was huge. The room was cleaned and made up every day spotlessly. The only thing that took a while to get used to was 40 degree shower temperature but I get the reason behind it. "

Se proprio si deve cercare un difetto, la superificie ridotta della stanza (per motivi di spazio mancano per es. un vero e porprio armadio ed il frigo bar)"
