Hermoso, recientemente renovado / actualizado con estilo, 3 habitaciones, 2 baños, rancho familiar: 10 minutos a Ft Jackson y 15 minutos a Five Pts y USC. Duerme 11! Lleno de luz. House tiene una cocina en la que se puede comer, 2 salas de estar y mucho espacio para su familia o amigos, ya sea para una graduación militar o un partido de fútbol. Cocina, baño y pisos nuevos, lavadora, secadora y cocina-comedor de concepto abierto totalmente equipada. Enorme patio trasero cercado perfecto para que jueguen niños y mascotas. Nos encantaría tenerte!La casa tiene un garaje y un camino de entrada para un montón de espacio de estacionamiento. Porche delantero para relajarse si lo desea. En el interior, la sala de estar es un concepto abierto entre la cocina, el comedor y la sala de estar con espacio de mesa suficiente para 8 personas. 50 "TV con Roku montado sobre la chimenea. Wifi de alta velocidad en toda la casa!

Cómodas camas con colchones viscoelásticos.

Baños recientemente renovados con duchas de azulejos.

Gran patio trasero para niños, mascotas ... y adultos! Grill incluido! ¡Y un columpio!Actualmente estoy desplegado con el Ejército, pero tenemos muchos amigos y familiares en el área que pueden ayudarte si tienes algún problema. De lo contrario, la casa debería estar lista para usted!

Disappointed

To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I will first start off with the check in process. Check in time was 4pm. We never recieved any info so I had to contact them at 415 to get door code. We were coming into town with my parents for my daughters basic graduation. My parents arrived first and contacted me to see if I was exercising my 2nd amendment as they were concerned with the area. I figured this was just a hyperbole but once I pulled into the neighborhood realizing it was not a nice quite neighborhood. There was trash and mattresses out front of houses. This didn't give too much concern but seeing everyone parking their cars directly in front of their front door gave us a reason to research the area more. This is a high crime area and 31 sex offenders within 1 mile. Now on to the property. We chose this house because of the fenced in yard for your pets. The fence starts about 2 feet off of the house and the rest of the fence is dilapidated and or missing pickets. I have a 140 pound dog and if left in backyard would have easily gotten out. The yard itself has not been mowed or maintained. Mainly weeds and some up to my knees. ( I am 6'3) The listing shows this as a military personnel house but with the ripped and tatered American flag hanging outside I would beg to differ. I would say the house was vacuumed and mopped in the main areas but through cleanings are not done. We wouldn't even use one of the walking shower because the entrance, floor, and bottom wall was molded and not cleaned. The useable shower was clean but shower curtain was moldy. Although the furniture in the listing is the furniture in this house, the pictures do not give a clear understanding of the condition the rest of the house is in. Broken cabinets, oil residue on cabinets, gaps in the door and door frame allowing light and bugs in from outside. Broken chain on back door. Had to force metal back door open because it is falling apart. Laundry is in the garage, where no one cleans as it was filled with trash and dead cockroaches all over the ground. We was booked to stay 4 nights. We could only convince my parents to staying for 2 nights and we left a day early as well. We have pictures of everything listed if needed. Highly disappointed in this trip and booking from a veteran would have expected much more.

Nice updates to kitchen and bathrooms

It is obvious that this home has been loved. The kitchen and bathrooms have been updated beautifully and the dining area had a large table to accommodate a group. The bedroom with attached bath had very cute low beds perfect for young kids and the other bedrooms had comfortable beds. If you are travelling with little ones, the TV cables are exposed and the Roku sits on the floor next to where the TV is mounted.

Nice, enjoyable stay

We enjoyed our stay. Very nice house but could use lots of repairs & some upgrades. The hallway bathroom door doesnt lock nor close properly. We had to prop something up to the door to keep it closed. The bed in the far back bedroom (on right) is not very sturdy. Very unsteady. Felt like the bed was going to collapse w/ every move. We could not control the AC thermostat & it had the house too cold. Other than minor things like that, we had an awesome stay. The property manager was responsive to any questions. Easy check-in. Definitely recommend this property & would consider again.

Comfy beds and a full kitchen

The property was perfect for a 5 day stay with extended family. It was close to Fort Jackson and has plenty of amenities near by. Kitchen was stocked with basics, comfortable beds and a large back yard. Management was accessible when needed. No complaints and would stay again.

This house was great for my daughter’s graduation from Fort Jackson. Joe was always ready to answer my questions. The best surprise for my daughter was she was able to hang out with our family and dogs in a relaxed home.

Perfect graduation Home for BIG families

This place was spot on to the description!! It was in a central location 5-10 minutes away from any and everything you wanted to do!!! The space was super clean and plenty of bed space. Was super surprised that the day beds had another bed below it. I kept looking at the pictures like how does the place sleep 12😂😂.. 8 beds in total; the WiFi never lagged (i had teens that was very important) the dining space was gorgeous we actually cooked a big family dinner the night before we left!! Table was great size for family games also!! The owners kept up with me throughout the process even when I thought I needed to switch dates they were eager to assist in anyway!! They checked on me the night before and after check in to ensure everything was to my liking!! The beds were super comfortable!! My daughter graduated from boot camp and sat on the bed and woke up 6hts later; she said she needed that soft bed!!! Plenty of towels throughout the home if needed.. great place to stay for future graduations!!! It takes you through a back gate so we got on base smoothly and quickly for graduation and family day!!
