It is our 5th family-owned and operated short-term rental property in Southwest Colorado Springs! This beautiful family-friendly home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms offering all the comfort and everything you need for a perfect family vacation or work trip: clean spaces, comfortable beds, two living rooms with sleeper sofas, a fully stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, Netflix, Smart ROKU TVs in every room, a laundry room, and a nice backyard with comfortable patio dining, a relaxing hot tub, a gas fire pit, a BBQ grill, a playground for the younger guests and absolutely beautiful night views!

We absolutely loved the home, it was clean and spacious. It was really close to my son's house which mad it easy to go back in fourth. I would highly recommend this home and plan on revisiting Colorado, if available we will be renting the house again. thank you for a great place to stay

Extremely clean property and the owner was very accommodating considering our last minute booking. House instructions were clear and easy to follow. TV's are all signed into premier streaming services like Netflix and Youtube TV. I was able to work remotely with a fast Internet connection & especially enjoyed the clean hot tub afterwards.Great view into the city, directly facing the airport & Space Force Base. About 15-20 minute drive to the base. Kitchen was very well stocked. Very quiet neighborhood above the city line.

This was a beautiful home and the cleanest I've ever stayed! Kristina went above and beyond. She made sure we had everything we needed.The extras were a blessing. We didn't have to buy paper towels, toliet paper, dish soap, etc. Everything was very well stocked. The home was in a nice location and centrally located to all the things we were doing. The house was very spacious and clean. Communication with the property manager was very good. The kitchen was filled with plenty of appliances which made it feel like our home away from home. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. The towels and washcloths in the bathrooms looked like they were very new. The neighborhood was very quiet and we were surprised with the amount of wildlife in the neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely would stay here again if we visit Colorado Springs in the future.

Plan to stay again! The rental was clean and Kristina was very easy to communicate with. She went out of her way to make sure a larger crockpot was at the house before our stay once I inquired. Location was great and easy to get to location such as the Zoo, Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods. Stayed with some extended family and we all agreed we would return to the property in future visits.

Excellent stay!

The house was perfect for a group stay. Plenty of room to spread out, so clean and had everything we needed. Love the open kitchen/dining/living room combo for getting together. Extra living room nice for a larger group, but we didn't really use it as we enjoyed visiting together in the main area. Bedrooms spacious and loved having 2 sinks in the adjoining bathrooms. Having the downstairs half bath was very convenient as was the laundry between the bedrooms. Perfect home for a vacation stay. We look forward to returning with more of our family and friends! Thank you to our wonderful host Kristina who stayed in touch at every message preparing for our trip and while we were there. Absolutely wonderful experience!

Colorado Vacation

The property was exceptionally clean! The neighborhood was quiet and in a great centralized location for Pikes Peak and the Royal Gorge. It is also close to the zoo and Garden of the gods. The host was very easy to communicate with, and we would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful experience. Kristina was fantastic. She responded to us in timely manner with any questions we might have had. She is a graceful host. The check in process was seamless.We were there for my son's commissioning and graduation at the USAF Academy. Nice stay

The place is really cleaned. Kitchen is well organized. Everything is neat. 1st floor has a powder room, 2nd floor has a large bathroom suite in the master bedroom, and a shared bathroom for the other 2 bedrooms. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Our only trouble was in the first night when we tried to locate the property, our GPS got it wrong and the house number was a bit hard to see in dark. Other than that, our stay was comfortable. We enjoyed a beautiful sunrise from the living room, it was really a surprise when we open the curtain that morning. Communication to the owner was very smooth and efficient.

BFF trip #33

My best friend of 45 years take an annual girls trip. This was year 33 for us. Kristina is an excellent host and makes sure you have everything you need and more.
