Guests love Native Colorado! As owners, we will be available during the holidays! You can count on us for your vacation stay to run smoothly.

We have:

AIR CONDITIONING for the warmer summer season.
GAS FIREPLACE for cozy fall nights, and the "let's settle-in" soft winter snow. (Of course we also have excellent heat from our furnace as well.)

FAST, reliable Wi-Fi for remote working, and great work spaces for zoom meetings. Plan a stay-cation! We offer great deals for monthly -or longer stays!

The very best CLEAN TEAM. We, the owners, personally clean this home after every stay. And we hire only the best - our family to help us with the details. This is our only short-term rental property. We own it, manage it, clean it, landscape it, talk personally to all guests, and put our heart into it.

MOUNTAIN VIEWS - Step right outside and you will see Pikes Peak towering over our street! Many guests love our PORCH SWING for the calm, serene, morning coffee moments.

OVER-SIZED DRIVEWAY PARKING and GARAGE - easily park your trailer or RV in the driveway and off the street.

Our guests all say that this home is WELL-ORGANIZED. We strive to keep things simplified, and provide everything you need to feel right at home.

We have 2 TV's with STREAMING SERVICES like Netflix and Amazon Prime.

Our PRIVATE BACKYARD OUTDOOR SPACE is the best. We have a GAS FIREPIT, GAS GRILL, AL FRESCO KITCHEN, HOT TUB, and SEPERATE PRIVATE STUDIO GYM SPACE.

We have the highest quality BEDDING, LINENS, TOWELS, and MATTRESSES.

This host was more than accommodating! The house had everything needed and was stocked with dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, shampoos, coffee etc. The host was also great to communicate with and helped give tips where to go and what to do. I would highly recommend this host and house!

This was the perfect stay for our time in Colorado. It’s a central location, walking friendly neighborhood, and the home had everything we needed for our family of 5. The host was welcoming and accommodating, even the neighbors were sweet and welcoming - we’ll be back!

The private backyard garden is lovely. It was also great to sit in the hot tub under the stars. I would highly recommend this property to others staying in Colorado Springs!

This was exceptional. From the location, to the layout of the house, to the beautiful back yard, everything was perfect. Jill was so personable and kind. I love this house, it’s just so nicely decorated and designed. The teens LOVED the fancy basement. I l loved it all! And the neighbors had the best eggs and cookies!

Short stay in Colorado Springs

This house is immaculate. Super clean with huge charm and functionality! The hot tub on a cool morning was the beginning of a great day! I’ve never said I would travel to a specific location, just to stay in a specific house… Until now!! Comfortable beds, the perfect layout, and the basement bathroom is one of the best I’ve ever seen! Super happy with my stay and would definitely recommend to anyone coming to the Colorado Springs area!

Amazing home for a relaxing stay!

Friends and family stayed in this home (2 adults and 3 teens/tweens) for a few days and we couldn’t have been more impressed with this VRBO!! It has everything you could want and makes you feel at home while vacationing! Bonus - the basement is a fun little area for kids stocked with movies and a Wii. This home is clean, comfortable beds and linens, lovely amenities, beautiful outdoor space - this is the house you will want to stay in. Hosts were lovely and very helpful! Thank you for letting us stay in your home.
