    Experience the charm of our strategically positioned Colorado Springs abode, offering breathtaking mountain views! As you enter our serene neighborhood, you'll be captivated by the tranquil ambiance of our 1300 sq/ft, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home. Nestled between Powers Blvd. and Constitution Avenue, it provides easy access to all of Colorado Springs. The master bedroom features a king bed and an en-suite 3/4 bathroom, while the other two bedrooms offer queen beds. Cook up a storm in our well-equipped kitchen and share meals in the dedicated dining area. Our unfinished basement adds a fun touch with Ping Pong and Foosball tables, perfect for friendly competitions!

House was perfect for our family with two small kids, the park directly behind was a huge bonus. Communication was great - had a couple of small issues and they were dealt with promptly by Aaron - much appreciated! Great location to explore Pikes Peak area with a gorgeous view from the patio.

This home was perfect for our stay in Colorado Springs! We came for a wedding and then stayed for a few extra days of vacation. There were 4 adults and 3 children and we had plenty of room. The area was quiet and close to stores and restaurants. The beds were super comfy and having fans in each bedroom was great because we all like sleeping to the sound of a fan. The hosts responded to all of our questions, they provided check in/check out instructions and made the stay stress free! We would recommend staying here if you are in the Colorado Springs area! We look forward to coming back again!

Lovely home close to shop areas, the Zoo, pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, WWII Airplane museum, and dinosaur encounter within 30 minute drive. Very comfortable beds and spacious kitchen.

The home is in a great location, close to all the activities on our itinerary. The dog's loved the backyard, and our family enjoyed the comfort of the home. It had everything we needed literally home away from home.

The host's were very communicative with us which we really appreciated, they also gave us tons of ideas for activities to do in the area which we did pretty much did all of them and had a really great time we would definitely book again with these host's.

Girl trip

The neighborhood was quiet and nice. Lots of food and shopping right down the street. Our beds were very comfortable after a long day of exploring. The hosts were very easy to contact but we didn’t need/want for much.

Fabulous hosts, clean and comfortable home!

The property manager and hosts were incredibly accommodating to us as our trip dates moved around. We found the home very comfortable and clean. I appreciated finding this vrbo gem so close to where we needed to be, and close to restaurants and other amenities. Will stay again!

There's a LOT to like about this place. Perfect location for us, great backyard, proximity to food/grocery, quiet neighborhood for our kiddo to get rest for early games, comfy beds, the house stayed cool, and had all the amenities needed for our trip. We'd stay here again if we had the same tournament and some minor fixes are made.That said, there's some areas that could use some updating/maintenance. The bathrooms need a real scrub down and probably new shower curtains. The one in the main bedroom is very stained and the inner lining slimy after one shower. The shower pan was slick, either with soap residue or other build up. The second bathroom was much the same. The front door has a pretty good gap between the floor and door on the left side. Probably not the best for pests and the AC bill. Feels like fairly simple fixes though and otherwise the house is fine.

East Colorado Springs Neighborhood

Very nice stay in the Springs on Piros. House was clean and in very good condition. Unfinished basement with foosball table and ping pong table was a bonus. Fenced back yard with access to a park.

Cozy home

Amazing home to stay at while we ran a Spartan Super Race!. Nice neighborhood plus having a 10 year old who also ran a kids Spartan Race, she also had a playground in the back yard to tackle and a foosball table in the basement to keep her occupied, all combined she did not want to leave. Amazing place. Thanks again!.
