This was the perfect spot for our Colorado Springs/Manitou Springs family vacation! Super easy access to all the wonderful attractions in the area! Walkable to grocery stores, sandwich shops, etc as well. The hosts, property, and location were all top notch! We loved enjoying our morning coffee from the deck and it was the ideal spot to return to and relax after a long day of exploring. Would come back in a heartbeat!

We had an amazing stay! The home was beautiful, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable family vacation. It was spacious, well-maintained, and in a great location. Check-in was easy, and the host was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly.We truly felt at home during our stay and created wonderful memories here. Beautiful home, very spacious. Loved the decor, style, and art throughout the house. Location was very convenient and the view of Pike's Peak was breathtaking. Host was extremely responsive. Garage parking was a huge plus. Would definitely stay here again.

The seven of us on our mini reunion had a great time at the property. The number of bedrooms and bathes were perfect for us, the cost was reasonable and the area was good and close by the attractions we wanted to see. Erik was a great host with helpful communication. I highly recommend this property!

Our family stayed here for a long weekend. We really enjoyed the balcony area which had a nice view. The Ivywild school food court was a great dining option with a large outdoor space for our little ones…a short five minute walk. Cheyenne zoo was a bonus.

Me and my group had an amazing stay here at this location. The house was very spacious and clean. There were ample kitchen supplies and good body wash in every shower. Any questions we had, the host got back to us very quickly and was always available. If we're ever in the area again, we will definitely be staying here!

Fantastic house! Great space, wonderful kitchen and the view off the deck was beautiful! Loved how quiet it was and how easy to walk to food, groceries, etc it was. Loved all the tips of places to go, etc and how immaculate the house was! Can’t wait to come again!

Erik was a wonderful host. He was helpful throughout our stay and was very accommodating. The home was just what we needed for 6 people and a baby. It is walking distance from several new stores and a quaint school that has been converted into a nostalgic food court. The home was a short drive from several great hikes like Garden of the Gods, Red Rock Canyon open space, and the Manitou incline. Also very close to downtown attractions and the Olympic and Paralympic Museum. We had a great stay. Thanks again Erik!

Super Property!!

This modern luxury rental was everything as advertised! Excellent location and great accommodations! Tons of room, big bedrooms and bathrooms! Kitchen is excellent for cooking and entertaining and a big deck to enjoy the mountain views. Our family thoroughly enjoyed this rental. I highly recommend this place!

This place was modern, spacious, and well-appointed. Super clean and very close to the Broadmoor Hotel and I 25 highway. Definitely planning to stay here, again!
