The Space:
🔸Our 3,300 sq/ft single family home is located in a newly developed neighborhood in Southern Colorado Springs and is a short drive from all things tourism, adventure, and leisure.

🔹As you enter the home, you'll be welcomed by the warmth of our open living concept featuring a spacious living room, and dining room with deck access

🔸Food lovers will appreciate the fully stocked kitchen and breakfast island

🔹When you wake up, sip on your complimentary coffee/tea while getting cozy in our mid century modern furniture or soak in the mountain views from the deck

🔸The natural light flows throughout the upper level that includes 4 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms

🔹The dedicated kids game room on the main level is highlighted by a tent, books, games, and sleeper futon

🔸The garage has been converted into a 4 season entertainment space w/ a 65” TV, darts, foosball, shuffleboard, & ping pong

🔹The walkout deck off the dining room leads to the private yard and grilling area

Unkept promises

We were greeted by a mountain of smelly trash filled with maggots in the driveway as we arrived. Many things were broken when we arrived so we took pictures and contacted the host right away. He responded promptly and assured me the trash and broken items would be taken care of asap. We stayed for four nights and nothing was done while we were there to address anything. At the end he asked us to take the pile of garbage to the curb for him before we left. I tried to work things out with him but he had been unresponsive since then. We also counted on all of the beds listed in the listing, but that part was not accurate. One room with a king bed is supposed to have three twin beds. It did have three extra mattresses in the closet, but they were foam mattresses still vacuum packed in plastic. We ended up having to use air mattresses instead, which isn’t a huge deal, but not as the listing describes.

Very comfortable setting for our family celebration. I appreciated that the property description included that it was approved for large groups and that the communication with the property was answered promptly. It was very clean and well cared for.

This was a great property to stay at. It is about 30 minutes from most things we wanted to do, but it wasn’t that big of an issue. It was very clean and a quiet neighborhood. I’d recommend this place!

Nice home

The home was nice, very clean. The neighborhood was quite but it is at least 15 minutes to anything. Nothing wrong with that but you need to be prepared for a drive if you need groceries or food. The only complaint is the host did not communicate through vrbo at all. Everything came through email or text which we did not prefer and reaching out through vrbo had no response.
