The convenience of being just a short drive from downtown Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs ensures that visitors can easily access restaurants, shops, and other attractions while still enjoying the peaceful mountain setting.

Enjoy the amenities offered at the cottage which include a private deck with a hot tub, high-top fire feature table, and grill. Inside the cottage is a large kitchen with breakfast bar, cozy seating around the fireplace, two bedrooms with queen sized beds, bathroom with custom shower, and laundry.

30th anniversary

The place was nice and clean. The owners were nice as well. The only thing was that we wished that the Ring door bell didn't have a full view of the hot tub. It just felt a little wierd while we were in it.

Totally will be back!

Nettie and Cam were wonderful hosts! This place is the perfect getaway. They have thought of EVERYTHING. So clean, and they have everything you need. Hot tub out in nature, what more could you ask for?? It was perfect, and we will be back no doubt!

Weekend Getaway

My fiancé and I had a lovely time staying here for a long weekend. The unit was adorable and was at a great location to explore Woodland Park, Manitou Springs, and beyond. Would absolutely recommend and would love to visit again.

Lovely Loft

We really enjoyed staying at the loft. It was privately situated behind the owner's home. The loft was exceptionally clean and had everything you would need, including robes. Pros: location, exceptionally clean, and hot tub. Cons: Bedroom shades don't block light from the security light outside. Low-pressure shower.

Mountain Getaway

This is a superb property! Beautiful views and decor make this property shine. The fireplace and, outdoor fire table and hot tub make sure guests feel cozy and relaxed. All amenities including robes and filtered water give this a resort feel. The owners pay close attention to all of the details and needs of their guests. We highly recommend this property!

We had a wonderful 3 night stay. They made sure you had everything in case you forgot something. Place was beautifully decorated and quiet. Nice hot tub. Amenities were more than you could ask for, very well done. Would highly recommend to anyone!!!!

Warm and Cozy

Excellent stay - beautiful views at night and waking up to the hills/mountains in the AM! Was a cozy place to relax and unwind in the hot tub followed by a nice movie around the fireplace. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Stay @ the Brown Stone.

What an amazing place to stay. The property was updated, clean and had a good location. Owners are amazing as well. Cam and Nette were great they welcomed us upon our arrival and said goodbye to us when leaving. They also provided us with great ideas of things to do and local places to eat at. Which all were amazing and was not disappointed. We highly recommend the Brown Stone. The Manleys

A Must Stay

What an amazing experience. The loft was clean, warm, inviting, cozy and packed with love. You can feel the passion the Nette has for her properties! It was the most quite night I have had in a long time. Sitting on the pouch at night in the hot tub was waht I needed to get away from the normal life’s hustle and bustle! The hot tub was clean and warm! I might make this an annual trip! Don’t mis out on this Perfect getaway in the mountains
