Green Mountain Falls Retreat /HOT TUB & EV Charger

This mountain cabin is located within walking distance to the lake/gazebo, restaurants, and many hiking trails. The cabin is nestled in the mountains with beautiful surroundings all around. It has that mountain escape feel, but only 15 minutes from Colorado Springs, 10 minutes to Manitou Springs and 5 minutes to Woodland Park. Home has a 6 person Hot Tub and EV charger upon request for a fee.

This rustic cabin has been beautifully renovated and can accommodate up to six people with three beds and two baths. The fully stocked kitchen allows you to prepare any meal you desire. You can enjoy your meals in the spacious dining room or outside on the patio. During your stay, you can also relax in front of the cozy wood-burning fireplace, take advantage of the private hot tub and fire pit, or use the pull-out sofa if needed.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
Please respect surrounding neighbors at all times.

Smoking & Fire Safety
No smoking of any kind inside the cabin.
Use designated containers for cigarette disposal only.
High fire warnings may be in place — ensure all ash is fully extinguished.

Fire & Open Flames
No open flames inside the cabin except fireplaces, which must be used with extreme caution.
If you are unfamiliar with fireplace use, please do not use it.
Ensure flames are fully extinguished before sleeping or leaving the cabin.
Fireplace vents must be open when a fire is lit.
Per Green Mountain Falls regulations, no outdoor fire pits or open flames are allowed within city limits.

Hot Tub Rules
No glass near the hot tub (plastic drinkware provided).
No children in diapers allowed in the hot tub.
Cover must be replaced when not in use.
Two people must be used to open/close the hot tub cover to prevent damage.

Pets
Dogs are welcome but must not be left unattended inside the cabin unless crated.
No pets on furniture or beds.
Always clean up after pets and dispose of waste in outdoor trash bins.
$50 charge for excessive pet hair or damage.
Additional charges apply for chewed, scratched, or broken items.

Septic System
Only toilet paper may be flushed (no wipes, even if labeled “flushable”).
Do not pour grease down drains.

Trash & Wildlife
Do not leave food or trash outside.
Secure dumpster lids and locking bars properly to prevent wildlife access.

Parking
Park only in designated spaces in front of your cabin.
Use caution during winter months due to icy conditions.

Checkout Responsibilities
Follow checkout instructions provided prior to departure.
Failure to follow checkout procedures may result in additional fees.
