This is a true, Colorado travelers' dream. Modern, sensible comfort with amazing access to some of the best "local" outdoor spots in Colorado Springs—and just minutes to all of the amazing and more well-known attractions.



Watch the sunset over the Rocky Mountain foothills as a herd of mule deer grazes quietly in the field just a few feet from your private deck. Walk or ride your bike to Bear Creek Park or Red Rock Canyon Open Space!



The Space:

Located just east of Red Rock Canyon Open Space, and the Rocky Mountain foothills leading up to Pikes Peak, this 2 bedroom townhome is located perfectly for a true Colorado Springs experience!



The home is modern and sensible, with updated living spaces and a stylish, remodeled kitchen. The living room TV is Netflix and Sling-enabled!



The kitchen is spacious and comes with cooking utensils, pots, pans, and everything you will need to make gourmet meals for your family or significant other.



Parking at this location abounds, with a large parking area next to the townhome.

Guest Access:

- Enter through the rear, west, or parking-lot side of the building;

- Guest will have access to the entire unit;

- Parking is available both on street, as well as in the spacious parking lot located right next to this property, on the west side of the building, close to the open field;

- This is the top unit townhome of a 2-unit building. The unit below is also a short term rental so please be mindful and respectful;



The Neighborhood:

This home is in Old Colorado City, just a couple miles west of downtown Colorado Springs. The area is known for its uniqueness, for its quirky, artistic vibe.

Enjoy ridiculously good food at places like Tapateria, Jake & Telly's, Mother Muffs, Pizzeria Rustica, Paravacini's and so many more. The "strip" in Old Colorado city, complete with shops, bars and restaurants, is located just 6 blocks west of this property on Colorado Ave. Pikes Peak, America`s Mountain, is just a few miles west of this and Garden of the Gods is a mere 5 minute drive. This area is unique and also quintessentially Colorado.



Getting Around:

Although restaurants, parks and other attractions are located within walking distance from this property, we recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in Colorado Springs. Also, we can provide you with specific bus routes to help you get around.



Other Things to Note:

~No Smoking - we charge a $1000 fine for smoking



AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in.

This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned.



- This is the top unit town home of a 2-unit building. The unit below is also a short term rental so please be mindful and respectful;

- We provide fresh sheets, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and essentials like shampoo, soap, toilet paper etc.

- No smoking or vaping (of any kind) is allowed indoors;

- Garbage and Recycling bins are located under the stairs, trash pickup is on Tuesdays;

- Central AC: Nest in living area



- 🐶Dog Policy: -This house is dog friendly, Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!

* Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check-in. No other animals are permitted unless they are Certified service animals. There are no charges for service animals.

- We cannot guarantee an early check-in, as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please check with us on the day of your arrival to see if the property will be ready early. Thank you for your understanding.

- Late Checkout Service: $25/hr (Late as 12 pm)

Non-Refundable Damage Deposit Waiver:

- Instead of charging a security deposit, we charge a non-refundable damage waiver fee (See Rental Agreement for a detailed breakdown of our guest fees) that covers up to $2,500 for damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of your acts or omissions. Please see house rules or the rental property agreement when you book for more information about how the damage waiver works. Because the damage waver fee is Non-Refundable; If a Guest changes properties for any reason they May be charged a new damage waver fee for the new property at the discretion of the property Manager.



Please be advised that we ask all guests to complete our secure, online guest verification portal after your reservation is created. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL.

Trust Issues Broken

The property manager and Hoste was completely confusing if who is who in management. I ran into two separate potential issues with possible crime to someone in the middle of the night moving stuff on back porch and a separate issue of a neighbor VEBO stalking my vehicle with a pit bull warranting me to leave the property halfway through my stay. I've been trying for 13 days to get a resolution and nothing. They were poor in response and resolution to refunding my 11 days I had to leave for safety purposes. I requested the video door camera and the first incident it was provided, a partial, second incident was completely ignored as I was told they were looking into it. The stated first incident it was just maybe raccoons or bears, however the video door cam shows someone taking out garbage at 0330 am. I am still pursuing a resolution after 13 days. Completely unacceptable as trust issues severely impacted. Not a safe place to stay.

Great getaway

We so enjoyed our stay. The location was incredible! So convenient and close to many of the places we visited while there. It was so nice to have the extra space for our toddler to play. The kitchen was also a bonus and had everything we needed to make meals for our family. The property hosts were quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Needs some improvements.

This property is in an awesome location with great views. That I give 5 Stars. However there are a few things things that need improvement. There were not enough towels for the 4 of us, had to go to Walmart and purchase cheap ones. The Shower drained slow. New carpet would be awesome, definitely had that animal smell. More comfortable furniture.Bathroom remodel. A bigger deck to enjoy the mountains view would be awesome. Overall it was a good stay, we had activities planned everyday so it was nice to have place to rest in the evening. We would rent again if improvements are made.

Pretty Good, But Overpriced

Overall, this property was okay for our stay. I traveled with my family, which included two small kids. The location of this property relative to attractions is fantastic and the neighborhood was quiet. The booking and check-in process is easy and the host communicative. The size and arrangement of the property was also good for our family of four. The property itself was okay. The kitchen was stocked, but minimally for the size of family we brought. There were stains on the carpets from previous animal visitors. The bathroom really needs to be updated and other areas of the house had obvious wear and tear/age. There wasn't really a yard or outdoor space that younger people could be in. Had the nightly price of this VRBO been lower, I probably wouldn't have had an issue, but by the time I pay the nightly rate and fees I could have stayed in a nice hotel with more amenities and free breakfast. I wouldn't recommend this property for groups with smaller kids, but it would be great for older kids or adults looking for outdoor adventures.

Cute spot!

This property was perfect during our vacation in colorado! It was spacious and cute! The location has great views, and was easy to get around the town! The house was complete with all cook ware and necessities! Would highly recommend, and we'll be back again!

Property is older. The kitchen has been remodeled and is very cute and well equipped. Living room and bedrooms are all nicely decorated and met our needs. There was plenty of bedding and towels provided.The bathroom, while adequate, really shows its age.

Comfy place to stay and well stocked kitchen

We enjoyed our stay at this duplex. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with appliances and stocked with coffee, tea, spices, and plenty of utensils. We liked having the nice washer and dryer available for a load of laundry. The management company was easy to work with if you had questions. The bathroom was functional but needs updating and we could hear the voices of people in the duplex below early in the morning. Overall we had a nice stay. Much better than being cramped in a motel room!

A Good night's sleep

The beds were comfortable and the bedding was cozy! The house was clean and quiet. We really enjoyed watching the deer playing in the back yard. We really enjoyed being a few minutes away from all of the sites we wanted to see. Phillip was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had and was willing to help if we needed him. I would highly recommend this property!!! I know we will be staying here again the next time we come visit.
