"This property is in a great location and if you are someone who likes a “boutique hotel” vibe, then this is gonna be your aesthetic. My biggest issue on the trip is that when I went to take a shower, the hot water was out. I ran it for 10 minutes to no avail and contacted the front desk and they had engineers work on it. It was apparently a bigger issue than just my room but by the time I absolutely had to start getting ready, the water was still only lukewarm. I asked for the “resort fee” to be...

"As long as you’re not by the club you’re fine. The bathrooms do have mildew but they’re updated. Pool was closed which was the main reason we picked the hotel (week after Memorial Day). Staff was friendly. They do have free Citi bike passes and minibar credits. This is one of the cheaper places to stay in NYC. It’s priced correctly, spend more if you want perfection."

"The room was extremely tiny and felt unclean. The shower floor had what looked like mold growing under the seal, and when looking up in the shower, you can see cockroaches crawling along the glass ceiling."
