"It was a nice a clean hotel. The elliptical machines at their did not function very well. But it was too far from a 24 hour gym so it was all well. :) "

"I'll definitely stay here again if I'm in town, but will ask for a better room closer to things for my mom who has trouble walking. The pool was very busy with kids but that was fine. I do wish there were less ants in the pool forst tbing in the morning. The staff are ALL so, so nice!! "

"Room was nice and clean. Staff at breakfast was very helpful and friendly. Front desk staff could improve on friendliness. Parking was horrible. Apparently the parking lot on the north side of the property doesn’t belong to the hotel so you can’t park there.. I had to move my car and the only spot available was way on the other side of the adjacent Best Western hotel. There is no signage on the north side of the Spring Hill suites that says you can’t park there. I only found this out as the...

"I actually love this place. It is an actually apartment building with residents where the apartments on some floors are rented by the day as hotel rooms. Great area with restaurants and supermarket, Powell's Booksw. Older and not particularly updated but very comfortable and clean. The BED was wonderful. I slept like better than ever."

"I really enjoyed my time at the KEX hotel! The rooms were kept nice and the bedding was so good. (I stayed in a shared room) The bathroom was clean, the food was good, the drinks were good! The staff were so kind! The only con is the parking…there isn’t a designated parking lot for the hotel and most of the time i had to circle around to find a spot. "Honestly being right by te airport was kinda cool, watching the planes going in and out, and occasionally some military Jets. And it wasn't too loud, after 11pm it seems the airport shuts down. The staff was excellent, super friendly and very hard workers. Wonderful free breakfast, nice hot tub and pool. And you can get a decent workout in there little workout area. If you dont have quarters with you for the laundry they can give you change. I recommend nice place"
