Explanation was that they were in the process of changing vendors. Ran out of coffee for guests during continental breakfast. No water provided with breakfast. Pool water was green and did not look clean."

"The shower has hot and strong water which was the highlight of the stay
There was a faint smell of marujuana in many areas of the hotel which was concerning.
The towels need to be larger and thicker.
We found a hair in our shower before we used it- also disturbing.
Hotel is fine for a one night sleep if you are in TAMU for an event."

"We had a very pleasant stay. The room was exceptionally clean, and unlike many of the hotels we stayed at during this trip, it had no musty or moldy smell, which made it much more comfortable.
The staff were all friendly and welcoming, especially Bailey, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything we needed.
The breakfast was good and offered a decent selection of items to start the day.
Overall, this hotel provided great value, and we would definitely stay...
