Loved the neighborhood! Beautiful homes and close to everything. The hosts were super friendly. Perfect for a single or couple staying in College Station.

Excellent for Father-Son Trip to College Station!

We had a great time at this property. The location and amenities were as described. We booked well in advance of our stay and I'm so glad we did. We were in town for a football game. Location was an easy walk to Kyle Field. The neighborhood surrounding the property was also so nice. Highly recommend and will definitely consider if visiting the area again.

Perfect place!

Came in town for my daughter's high school regionals golf tournament at A&M and this place was perfect for me. Loved all the little extras like water and coffee. This place was so clean and safe and amazingly close to the golf course!

Perfect for a parent’s weekend

Visited our Aggie junior daughter who lives in the same neighborhood. Perfect location. Unit was very comfortable and well-appointed for our needs. Bed was great. Towels were soft and plush. Would stay again!

Wonderful place to stay when visiting college kiddos!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! It had plenty of space! Thank you for the special baked treat upon arrival! It was a wonderful surprise and we really appreciated it! We look forward to staying here again when visiting our daughter at A&M!

Moving our daughter to TAMU.

We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood which was close to anywhere near campus you might want to go. The studio was very neat and clean, there were a few treats, snacks and bottles of water waiting for us when we arrived. This was wonderful since we did not have the opportunity to get breakfast before we headed off to take care of our errands for the day. We will definitely stay again!

Relaxing. Perfect Location.

Needed a place close to Aggie Park that was also secure enough to leave our 2 motorcycles protected. This property was in a quiet residential neighborhood, near enough for us to walk over with ease. The kitchen had snacks and two types of coffee makers (traditional & pod). Great water pressure and space in shower. Plenty of towels. Comfortable bed and large closet. Things we liked that we didn't utilize: --Pack & play in closet with an available crib mattress insert. --Back yard...privacy, available fire pit Things I didn't like -- knowing how/where to turn on which lights. Mowers that started 9am on Saturday.

My husband and I really enjoying our stay here. The garage apartment downstairs was so charming and beautifully decorated. It had every amenity you could want, including a fully stocked kitchen. The bed and bedding were so comfortable. The hosts contacted us by text to inquire if we needed anything. The most convenient thing was being able to walk over to Kyle Field within 15 minutes. The apartment and parking pad is situated in a beautiful neighborhood, and we felt safe walking in the dark at night. I would recommend.
