I tried to check in on June 22, or at least get a hotel after a long trip but no one was there to help me, I waited more than 15 minutes to check in and no one shows up, I walked the lobby asking for help, and nothing so I had to make another reservation at another hotel, losing the money I spent at this hotel. I called the front desk and this rude person named Kidy was extremely unprofessional, paying no attention to what I was saying, I had to repeat 5 times what I was saying and she continued asking What is your question. I asked to speak with someone else because she could not acknowledge what I was saying, I requested to talk with someone else and she raised her voice saying she was the only one. 😔 unacceptable
