For guests arriving by car, the property offers dedicated parking as well as a single private garage, making arrival and departure entirely convenient. The furnishings throughout are modern and tasteful, creating a welcoming atmosphere that blends style with practicality.

On the main level, you will find a bright and spacious open-plan living and dining area featuring a panoramic window, a dining table, and a television, with a sliding door providing direct access to the terrace. This floor also includes 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and a direct exit to the garden, as well as a shower room complete with bidet and WC. The open kitchen on this level is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living space.

On the lower ground floor, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds offers a garden exit and is served by a dedicated shower room with bidet and WC.

The upper floor hosts 3 further bedrooms. The first features 1 double bed, an en-suite shower room with bidet and WC, and access to the terrace. The second also offers 1 double bed with direct terrace access. The third bedroom on this floor contains 2 single beds and is served by a shower room with bidet and WC. Please note that the bed layout is flexible and that more sleeping configurations are available than the maximum permitted occupancy, which may under no circumstances be exceeded.
