"Vi har bott på hotellet ca 15 ggr under 20 års tid och det har varit fantastiskt. Men nu har de bytt ägare och det var så dåligt så vi är så missnöjda. Vi klagade i receptionen o de sa att de förstod oss. Rummet skulle städas varannan dag, men ingen städ på 4 dagar. Man får bara ett badlakan ingen ..."
