The Flats Studio 1 - Queen Bed and Kitchenette

The Space:

Make a little room in your plans for Coeur d’Alene. Whether you’re coming for an afternoon by the lake, dinner downtown, or a few days exploring North Idaho, we’ve made Studio 1 a welcoming place to return to. A charcoal geometric feature wall, warm wood cabinetry, and a burnt orange throw give this compact queen studio its own character.



Inside, white bedding and an upholstered headboard frame your queen bed, with bedside lamps and nightstands for the things you like to keep close. Unpack into the bedside drawers, set your suitcase on the luggage rack, and settle in for a movie on the wall mounted television. Wi Fi, heating, and air conditioning help keep your stay comfortable through the seasons.



We supply K Cups and tea so you can enjoy a slow start before heading out. Your kitchenette includes a coffee maker, mini refrigerator, microwave, countertop ice maker, dishes, and glassware, along with cabinet space for snacks and supplies. Keep breakfast on hand, chill your favorite drinks, or bring back leftovers from a local restaurant. The kitchenette is intended for light meals and reheating, with no stove or oven.



The separate private bathroom has a shower, vanity, fresh towels, and everyday toiletries. We also provide comfort packs with toothbrushes, toothpaste, a comb, cotton swabs, lip balm, and sleep masks. They’re thoughtful little conveniences to help you freshen up and settle in.



The Flats is on East Sherman Avenue, east of the central downtown Coeur d’Alene shopping and restaurant blocks. The neighboring food truck pavilion gives you a nearby dining option, while Lake Coeur d’Alene, McEuen Park, Tubbs Hill, and downtown cafés and boutiques offer plenty of ways to spend your visit. Check your preferred walking or driving route when planning your outings. A car is useful for exploring farther into North Idaho.



Studio 1 accommodates up to two guests, with the bed and kitchenette sharing one open room. You’ll have private use of the studio and bathroom, plus an individual exterior entrance with a keypad lock for self check in. The surrounding property and parking areas are shared with other guests. Our parking lot is small, with additional free street parking available nearby.



A dog is welcome with an additional pet fee, and all dogs must be included on the reservation. Cats and rodents are not permitted. All rooms and the walkways in front of the studio doors are smoke free. Smoking is permitted only in the grassy area beside the parking lot. There are no laundry facilities in the building.



Check in is at 4:00 PM, and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We’re happy to offer early check in or late checkout when availability allows, but we can only confirm early arrival on your arrival day and late departure on your departure day. Neither option is guaranteed.



Studio 1 at The Flats is proudly managed by CDA Vacation Rentals. There is no onsite office at this building, but our local team provides 24/7 guest support.
