My parents, boyfriend, and I stayed here on a weekend trip. It was so comfortable and we had everything we needed. We enjoyed making several home cooked meals, and the home had a great selection of cooking pots and utensils. We also grilled some steaks in the back yard. It was a lovely set up and quiet neighborhood. I brought my dog, and the fenced yard was perfect. It was a hot weekend in Coeur d’Alene, so having ac in each bedroom was a huge comfort! We had plenty of hot water and towels for showers. The location was centrally located, which was very convenient. Thank you so much for everything, Patrick and Rhonda! We will definitely be booking another trip at one of your properties.

Had a wonderful stay at this Couer d'Alene gem. The house was exactly how it was represented; clean, spacious, and well stocked - Perfect for our family of 5. Everyone commented about the beds being comfortable. The location is also fantastic, as you can easily walk to coffee and restaurants in minutes and even walk to Lake CDA and the main commercial district if you don't mind walking. The hosts were also phenomenal and communicated everything we needed to know and even left us a bottle of wine to welcome us.

This is a lovely property. Tastefully and thoughtfully updated with a modern feel. We stayed here with a 9yr old and 12 yr old. The front patio/porch area with a firepit is perfect for hanging out or playing the provided cornhole game. The beds are comfortable and every room has air conditioning. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals.Easy half mile walk into the main town and even shorter walk to a lake/beach area. Close to getting on I-90 to get anywhere else you want to go. Neighborhood is cute, clean and safe. The property manager is very responsive and super helpful with recommendations. We would stay here again.

Great Cozy Place

Such a great cozy place to stay. One of my best experiences with a house rental property. Quiet area with some great restaurants and pubs close by. House was clean and fully stocked with amenities. Would stay here again.

Such a Wonderful Place!

Can’t say enough good things about this house and the hosts! We were made to feel so welcome, the hosts are amazing. The house is adorable and very homey, perfect for our family visit! Everything was very clean, and we love how close it is to the lake and town. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect location for Festival of Trees

Wonderful house with three large bedrooms. Felt like home arriving to Christmas music, the fireplace going and a sweet message on the table with wine. Will stay here again.

Clean and cute!

Very clean and cute - a great place! We enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint is there was only one kitchen garbage bag. No extras to be found in the house. Messaged owners and never heard back from them, so made a trip to the store to buy some. Not a huge deal, but probably should stock a couple extra garbage bags.

Cozy and perfect

This house is perfectly located and close enough for a beautiful walk through the neighborhood to downtown. It was easy to find, and check in. It matched the photos in the posting and surprisingly was cuter than we expected. It was clean, the beds SO comfortable and it was decorated simply and stylishly. Thanks for the great stay.

Really nice place for our second visit to Couer d'Alene

We returned to the area after falling in love with it last year. The biking was spectacular and we thoroughly enjoyed the local businesses, from the restaurants to Couer d'Alene Cellars to the Well-Read Moose bookstore. The home was very clean, comfortable and in a perfect location. everything we wanted to do.

Great Place!!

Girl's Trip 2024! Great location, clean, cute as a button, loved everything about it!! We will be booking it again. Communication with owners was wonderful. Cute house with a Terrific Location

The house was cute as the pictures. It was well stocked with linens, towels and cooking utensils. The location was terrific for bikers, right on the Centennial Trail. A quick ride or walk to the Beach, the Bakery by the Lake and Roger's Burgers and Ice Cream. The owners were easy to work with and quick to respond to any questions. My wife and I would recommend it. Silverwood trip

My 2 kids and I stayed here with friends to go to Silverwood. I gave the house 4 stars because while everything was great with the house, our 2 boys could not sleep in the loft. It was far too hot up there and never could cool off.
