We unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience with them and will never come back because of that.
They checked us in and we unpacked all our stuff and went on to check out the town. It seems that the hotel accidentally gave us a nicer room and while we were out left a single voicemail to let us know that there was an issue with the room we were assigned to. We didn't hear it right away and called back as soon as we were sitting down to wait for our dinner reservation and had a quiet moment (probably 30min later?). We called back immediately and the lady on the phone said, oh no worries we fixed the problem and moved your stuff to another room. We were like, you went into our room, touched all of our personal items?! We cancelled dinner and went right back to the motel and they didn't seem phased at all that this is a big no no in hospitality!!! You never enter a room without permission and especially never touch anyone's items without consent!
They touched our toothbrushes, personal items, clothes, meds, suitcase, food, my personal pillow, our laptop, travel documents... my sleep clothes, dirty laundry... You can imagine how violated we felt in that moment. If they had tried to call us 2-3 times more, I'm sure we would have heard it eventually, there was no effort made to reach us after the first voicemail. Now we noticed that an item is missing, we couldn't retrieve it anymore since the room was still occupied.
