"For the price this is a clean and quiet hotel. It is clearly an animal friendly hotel as about 80% of the guests had a dog with them. I even saw a woman carrying a cat in a towel in our hallway which was a first for me lol! There was no daily housekeeping but the room was clean and basic. There is a feee breakfast that clearly is popular as it is packed in the morning. It has a variety of things to eat but my daughter said it was like her dorm food so we went out to eat for breakfast:) But if...

"Pros: good location to shops, food, bars. Newly-ish remodeled rooms. Lobby and gift shop were nice. Restaurant and bar were nice. Price was good for the stay. Cons: big swing n a miss on not having patios or balconies. Hot tub was not nearly hot enough. Pool was closed. Food/drinks/room service were entirely too expensive. When housekeeping came on day 2 they left dirty towels and didn’t change linens or make the bed. "

"Great property. This our third dive to this specific property and it again did not disappoint. We stay here when we go to The Grand Canyon and Sedona. The staff was amazing, the parking is easy, and they tried to help accommodate my family and I to the best of their abilities. It was clean and well maintained. The parking is easy. There are lot of good restaurants and shopping areas around. We will be staying here again. "

"This hotel is very quiet and clean. Although they were renovating, I didn't hear any construction work while I was there. I appreciated the friendly outdoor seating area at the entrance, which was a lovely spot to walk my furry friends; the neighborhood was peaceful with light traffic. "Great centrally located motel in town. Nothing fancy, but they cover the basics really well. Clean, organized, attentive staff. Ms. Sonya is really responsive. Like I said, location for travelers is great and lots of shopping for necessary and fun stuff is walkable. Campus closeby. For the nightly rate, I'd say it's the best affordable stay in town...."
