"We were staying at the Baymont by Wyndham when we first arrived, it was an absolute dump for about the same price. We switched hotels and we were so glad we did. Everything was perfect from the staff to the cleanliness to the amenities. We checked in after 16 days on the Colorado River just in time to catch a World Cup match on their big screen with free drinks and food. Highly recommend this place and the location is great, walking distance to downtown and the coffee shop across the street is...

"The decor and style of the hotel is nice. The bar and lounge area is pretty and spacious. The game room is fun too. The outside deck with fire pits and grass area with corn hole is nice too. There were fires so the air and views were not clear and ash was falling in the patio furniture. Unfortunately we were going to enjoy the outside a little more. But what was worse is that the prices for drinks were ridiculous !! Way overpriced. However it was very busy so people are paying it. Actually way...

"They don't disclose additional charges. During check in they didn't explain if there will be extra charges. Money will be taken out of the card provided to them 2 days AFTER checkout and when you call to ask Springhill about the additional charges they simply respond that they charge everyone. But they never explained additional charges during check in. They wait until you leave 2 days later then charge you for little petty things."

"Great place to stay in Flagstaff and close to the airport. They have a great staff, very friendly and accommodating. We initially stayed in the Inn with a wonder breakfast the next morning. When our flight to go back home was cancelled, they had a cabin available for another night stay. We loved the cabin. It was very charming, more private and comfortable and quiet. We loved it."
