"Very nice for an overnight stay. Wouldn’t want to stay for a week or longer. Cold cans of pop and water in the fridge were an excellent touch. Need to get more toilet paper in bathroom only had half a roll. Would have liked to see a vending machine or another option for late night snack unless I missed it. Didn’t arrive until 1:30am so the after hours codes were also a great touch."

"We book for 4 of is and the room we were given was a King with a pull out sofa. They told us it was out fault even though my confirmation says 2 queen beds. "

"Beautiful, modern, and affordable room. I stayed in the 2 bed room with 4 people total and it was so spacious. The location is perfect for experiencing the La Placita nightlife (literally less than a minute walk away). Ear plugs are provide since the location is in La Placita. There’s a jacuzzi and outdoor shower in rinse off and sunscreen and bug spray are provided. Super easy for Ubers to find the hotel and overall could not recommend staying here more!! "

"Arrived very early to the hotel (10am) so knew the room would not be ready. After a wait to be seen by the unhurried reception staff we told them of this and they stored our large cases for us and said they would send us an email when the room was ready. Waited until 4pm and as no email had arrived we asked to check in 'officially'. We were told the room was 'being inspected' and would be another 10 minutes. Half an hour later we went to reception yet again and was told it wouldn't be long....

"Clean lobby. Amazingly friendly staff. Wasn’t able to get room cleaned/bed turned over in the 3 days we were staying there. Staff was still very friendly and responsive when asking for more towels. "

"The price was good. The room was clean and A/C worked well. We chose to stay both before and after our cruise and both rooms were very comfortable. On return, we had requested a 1st floor room for ease and it was greatly appreciated when this was provided. We would recommend staying here especially if going on a cruise since it's so close to the port and theire is tons of shopping/dinig options available. "

"The room had wonderful A/C and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Easy walking distance to lots of food and beach options. As a bigger guy room is a bit cozy but manageable "

"AVOID!!! On arrival after flying all day we arrived at 4:00 pm which is room check in time. We noticed the check in line was moving very slowly and there were a lot of people standing with their luggage in the lobby. Once we got to the front of the line we were also notified like the other customers that our room was not ready. They suggested we set in the lobby and wait for a little while and they would call us when the room was good. We sat for an hour and a half before we approached the check...
