Lake Junaluska, Maggie Valley, Cataloochee Ski Area, hiking trails, waterfalls, and the Biltmore Estate are all within easy reach.

Guests have private access to the entire home, including all five bedrooms, 5.5 baths, the indoor swim spa room, sauna, private gym, game room, decks, fire-pit area, garage, and driveway. Self check-in is simple with a personalized smart-lock code sent before arrival.

THE SPACE

Blue Mountain View is a spacious, three-level luxury retreat set on more than two private acres with panoramic Blue Ridge views. It comfortably sleeps 12 across five bedrooms and 5.5 baths, with two king bedrooms, a queen bedroom, a four-twin bedroom, and a lower-level bedroom with a full and twin bed. Its standout feature is the year-round indoor swim spa room, plus a sauna, gym, game room, decks, and fire pit.

A car is essential for exploring this mountain area. The home has paved access and garage plus driveway parking for about four to five vehicles. Four-wheel drive is not normally needed, but guests should monitor weather conditions during icy winter days. Waynesville is about 12–15 minutes away, and Asheville is about 30 minutes away.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

Main Level

Bedroom 1: King bed with ensuite bathroom, dual vanities, and walk-in shower.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed with access to the nearby full hall bathroom.

Spa Room: Full bathroom with rinse shower.

Half Bath: Conveniently located off the hall.

Upper Level

Bedroom 3: King bed, private balcony access, jetted tub with mountain views, and access to the shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom.

Bedroom 4: Four twin beds, ideal for children, teens, or friends, with access to the shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom.

Private Gym: Bench, free weights, exercise mats, and TV.

Lower Level

Bedroom 5: One full bed and one twin bed.

Full Bathroom: Tub/shower combination.

All bathrooms include towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, makeup towels, and hair dryers.

KITCHEN AND DINING

The main kitchen is equipped for group meals, with a gas range, stainless appliances, kitchen island, coffee makers, and family-friendly essentials. The lower level also includes a convenient kitchenette and beverage fridge.

Indoor dining seats 8, with additional outdoor dining space on the deck. A Pack ’n Play, high chair, and children’s dinnerware are available for younger guests.

PARKING AND MOUNTAIN ACCESS

Garage and driveway parking for approximately 4–5 vehicles. Paved access to the home. Four-wheel drive is not normally required, but guests should monitor mountain-weather conditions in winter.

Smoking is permitted outdoors only, away from doors and windows. Please dispose of materials safely.
Exterior Ring camera at the main entrance.
Bears and other wildlife are occasionally seen in the area. Please keep vehicle doors locked and trash secured.
A friendly neighborhood dog, Micky, may visit outdoors. Please do not allow him inside the home.
