The apartment was very clean and had everything I needed. Very walkable location, as well. I was able to walk to dinner and breakfast options very easily. "

I would say it is a 4 but 5 stars are something quite different. Truth is that there are many levels of 5 stars but I would appoint few things to "deserve" the 5th one.
Room, definitely spacious (I think I got the biggest one available for 240 € per night) but lacking of those finishig touches and attention supposed to be in a true 5 stars.

"The room was large, the bed was relatively comfortable. There were only 2 flat pillows, which made it a bit uncomfortable for two people. The air-conditioner was fine. Breakfast was very good, better than most other hotels we stayed at on this trip. There was a free secure parking in front of the hotel - very convenient. The hotel is on the river bank and there is a park across the river. A walk through the park gets you to the old town."

"I suspect this is a totally refurbished Communist-era hotel but it has been refurbished magnificently. It is just over the river from the Central Park and just below the wooded Belvedere, creating a quiet, almost non-urban setting. It is an easy 10 minute walk to all the sights in Cluj and there is a bus stop with a goodconnection to the train station just beside the main entrance. Breakfast was sumptuous and generous too."

"El hotel está perfectamente situado para poder visitar todos los monumentos de Cluj-Napoca andando. A 3 minutos de la Plaza Unirii (la más importante de la ciudad) y a 5 minutos de la Catedral Ortodoxa. Múltiples opciones para comer en los alrededores. Zona tranquila y segura.
