"This is a very nice property, however the main issues noted include lack of umbrellas around the pool - in Vegas temperatures the pool should have "free" umbrellas scattered throughout the lounge chairs to provide some sun protection. The metal on the lounge chairs is scorching hot without any shade. We ended up purchasing a Cabana couch with umbrella but everyone there may not have the money for that extra and it seems like a sun umbrella should not be a paid for extra. "The Staff was extremely helpful. Hotel was very clean. Our room was very clean comfortable. Loved the soaking tub in the room, slippers, and robe. We liked that the Casino was small, NON-SMOKING. It was nice to be able to go to the" EATALY" inside the hotel. It offered many choices mainly Italian. The breakfast crepes were amazing! I would definitely stay here again. Only one issue was trying to get our request for some extra room amenities resolved. It took two days and still was missing two...

"I checked in on Friday and there were no room keys the entire visit. I was met with additional wait time with every arrival. There were no answers on an estimated solution. Very inconvenient. Most of the staff was friendly, however others were abrupt and less friendly. The saving grace was the newly renovated room."
