"this property has no staff on site. there is no lobby or check in process. water pressure for the showers is poor. the entire property smells of paint and chemicals and dust, and will stick to all of your clothes. we are having to re wash all of our clothes upon returning home. I also paid extra for a balcony which I was falsely led to believe would be private, but was actually shared amongst the other units on the top floor. the shared balcony let's anyone with access approach your room door....

We tried to make the best of it but, she couldn’t once she seen a roach in the bed so we left and drove home. "

"I stay often in Pass Christian and this location is perfect, central to Gulfport to Bay St. Louis. 20 mins to airport. Restaurants, bars and beach within steps and downtown near, walkable. Hotel is a little dated, room 203 with 2 dbl beds could use some upgrades, but loved the convenient location, the small patio with chairs overlooked parking area behind building, bed was comfortable and room clean. "When we arrived the view was beautiful however once we entered the rooms I would’ve thought we were at a motel 6. We had what looked like smeared blood on the curtains, walls and bathrooms were all dirty. Requested a roll away bed and was told the chair pulled out. After several attempts to pull it out requested help. They came and said o that doesn’t pull out. We left to get dinner and they said our rooms would be cleaned once we returned.
