It was never serviced will we were there it would’ve been nice if it was noted on the website I would’ve chosen another hotel just for that purpose. Staff was overall nice"

"Property is well maintained. Staff is friendly. Channel options are very limited. WiFi requires extra authentication not explained on checkin. Lobby phone a constant “busy” when called from the room phone. Good place to sleep; communications challenging. Solid 4 for the price."

"I really like this place and stay here whenever I’m in Austin because the location is very close to my son’s apartment. They have nice rooms and a beautiful, cooked breakfast buffet that changes every morning. The staff are always really helpful and friendly and there’s coffee available all day in the lobby."

The bathroom and kitchen were not cleaned properly, and someone else's hair was plastered across the shower walls. I was shown the room as being able to sleep 4, but there wasn't a couch... Just two chairs. Overall, it was a terrible experience."

I had specifically booked this property because I needed access to a kitchen during a business trip, and given the sanitation concerns, I did not feel comfortable preparing food or staying in the unit.
