"Got my key to my room. Clothing was on both beds. They gave 2 keys out to the same room, Unacceptable. Waited another 20 minutes to get another key. Everything else was great. Should have gotten a small discount, but that didn't happen. Probably not going there again."

"This facility was half hotel, half condominiums, very clean, accommodating staff, and very clean and well kept. Two challenges we had 1. … On the third floor we were located almost next to the fitness facility and had the pleasure waking up to someone thumping and running on the treadmill at 5 AM, the second was and with no disrespect… They booked next to our room a young couple with three young children who were tearing up and down the hallways and very noisy, I understand that happens, but...

"Loved the comfort of the bed and bedding plus the amenities and amount of towels already in the room (didn't need to request more). Didn't like the strong smell in the room and the hallway. My nostrils were burning, it was so bad I didn't know if I would be able to stay the night. Smelled like a plug-in air freshener or Frebreze. Staff were friendly Room was clean Water pressure was very poor in the shower. Parking was good Didn't have breakfast but appreciated I could make coffee in the room."

"The fridge in the room was very small and didn’t work very well, it never kept my stuff very cold. And the sink in the bathroom was draining very slowly"

"Nice place to stay in Moncton, walkable to dining, which is nice when you’re on a roadtrip. Only issue we had was some lights not working so we rearranged the little kitchen table. I would note to the owners that it’s nice the instructions are online; however when the internet goes off ( not sure why it happened but it did) there should be a binder with info as a backup."

"I was not too happy about the eating room where we eat breakfast because the dining room is always packed every morning and there are not enough tables available . I realised that there are many mold around the shower wall and around the grout. You do not provide shower cap for travellers . In overall, I enjoyed staying in your hotel. Service was great. The hotel is clean and it's very a quiet environment. Staff is friendly and helpful."
