Everything was great. Fantastic breakfast!!!

There were no staff to see or speak to, very disappointing. Play facilities were cordoned off so our child could not access them. No food service but no fridge in room to store any food either, very disappointing. Bathroom water from shower spreads across the floor, creating a falls hazard. Our child fell several times, resulting in bruising and pain as well as many tears. I returned home, I tried to call the telephone number on the email they sent when I booked and the hotel that responded was not the Marina but a different hotel in Ballina! I would not recommend anyone to use this facility. It advertises as a hotel but it is not, What you get is a room in an establishment that previously operated as a hotel but no longer does so. The charges for a hotel do not justify the type of accommodation you end up with.
