Von den Zimmern war ich sehr enttäuscht. Alleine, dass man 3 mal die Zimmerkarte neu beschreiben musste ist schon nervig. Der Service der Mitarbeiter war aber gut. Als man morgens einmal frühstücken wollte, war das Buffet nur spärlich gefüllt. So war ich es nicht gewohnt von einem 4 Sterne Hotel."

"Rooms, lodges and restaurants outstanding. Food was wonderful. Our server at the Barton Grill was brilliant! This is a 5 star property and overall lived up to that. We had an issue with vouchers that were purchased for us as a gift. One staff at the golf course was somewhat...aloft...ok, curt but rest of staff and hotel staff were great. I do feel were somewhat shorted on the vouchers and left a sour taste."

"Obviously the hotel is undergoing massive renovations and I’m sure it will be incredible when finished- but be aware right now that your view in the summer of 2026 might be of a building site and the bathrooms for the pool are like portapotties and very substandard. "Overall a nice hotel, although a bit out of the city center and not close to anything but the motorway A car or taxi necessary. We arrived on a hot day. Reservation made months in advance but received their “last room available” which was an ADA room with no air conditioning. A fan was brought in but offered little relief.
