"First visit to York; we stayed at Clementine's for two nights. We were able to check in hours before the official check in time of 4pm which was great. Our room was immaculate. The decor of the guest house is amazing, every room is just exquisite! Every need is catered for and the staff are friendly and helpful. "The ground floor room was very spacious and clean. The room was a little noisy which was to be expected on the ground floor, but earplugs were provided. Despite that, we slept like babies as the bed and bedding were lovely. The Hotel is a lovely space and the staff were fabulous, very attentive and super helpful. "

"The Burton Stone Inn was super clean and a very cute property! The outside terraces were well set up and our room was great. The staff was very friendly and attentive when any issues came up! Bathroom was renovated and the shower was awesome! Very convenient location for sight seeing and places to eat! Would Definitely stay again! Thanks to Michael and staff!"

"A very nice little flat 10 minutes walk away from the city centre. Lovely thick carpets. The main bedroom is very nice indeed. Comfortable bed. Effective fan provided which was a godsend during hot weather. Kids bedroom was nice too and they loved the bunk bed set up, which was solid.
