"We got stuck due to Venezuela President Capture all flights shut down. I was able to book on hotels.com and then I called the number to confirm my booking from airport lobby. They waited for us to arrive and personally walked us to our room. It was exactly as in the pictures! I couldn’t get the shade down but they graciously moved us to another room and this was even nicer than the first one! The kitchen is set for use all you have to do is get groceries which is a short ten minute walk straight...

"Visited for the sugar mad carnival season. Location was walking distance to the downtown area where most of the festivities happened. Room was nice and cozy had microwave and fridge and the property had a communal kitchen. If hotel staff is not on site, they are very quick and responsive via cell phone call or what’s app. Will def visit again and stay here ! "
