Rooms themselves are decent but the buildings are in need of updating especially room exteriors, balconies, etc. Very clearly can hear conversations of surrounding rooms. Overall the property, pools, beach, etc more than make up for the inconveniences. "

"I loved the decoration and the beach boutique hotel feeling. Staff were friendly . The view was amazing and it had an easy access to the beach . We would love to come again. Next time we’ll be more careful about the difference between beach front and beach view rooms because the photos look alike .."

"Very comfortable beds. The breakfast included a very nice selection of hot food items, assorted breads,fruit, and cereal. The only down side is the parking but that is to be expected in downtown Fernandina."

"The outside was well kept and clean. Our room was on the second floor at the end of the hall in a room with a 'newly remodeled bathroom'. Unfortunately, we had construction crews working in all the rooms we passed to get to our room. The hall carpet was covered with plastic so that it wouldn't get ruined. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly. "

" Nice view from the top floor room. Close to beach. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Shower doesn’t have much pressure. The walls and doors are thin, can hear people in their rooms (maybe the hard floors echo sound?). Good stay. "
