YOUR FAMILY FRIENDLY HOME IN CLEVELAND

Built in 2001 this Newer remodeled home located near Ohio City Gordon Square with easy access to public transportation (bus or rapid transit station). The home is located 15 minutes or less from Downtown Cleveland (Playhouse Square, Jack Casino, the Cleveland Clinic, and all major Cleveland sports arenas), 45 minutes east from Cedar Point and 45 minutes west from the Geneva Winery's. Home includes master bedroom and full bath on 1st floor and 2 additional bedrooms and bathrooms on 2nd floor. Great front porch, with beautifully landscaped front yard. Additionally, a 2 car garage along with fenced in backyard. Dogs are acceptable.
Area is home of Gordon square Westside market and many new and old places to dine It is one of the hottest growing and best areas to live in Cleveland Many of the older homes are being either remodeled or torn down and replaced Three schools have been rebuilt and Two new schools being built one down our street and brand new west side high school being built on Detroit Welcome to the Cleveland. Edgewater Park is 6 minutes from my house.Beautiful park you can see the entire Cleveland Skyline and take pictures by our Welcomed to Cleveland Sign

This marks our third stay at Mike’s property within the past two years. Mike consistently provides a welcoming and comfortable environment for his guests. Although the home offered more space than my wife and I needed, returning to an accommodation where one feels valued is always appreciated.Mike demonstrates exceptional standards as a host, offering a fully stocked refrigerator and pantry available for guest use. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials required for cooking and dining, along with various small appliances commonly found in households.A notable convenience of this residence is the availability of garage parking, which eliminates concerns associated with street parking and protects vehicles from adverse weather conditions.During this visit, we observed several upgrades, including a new refrigerator, under-cabinet lighting with motion sensors, and new lights/ceiling fans in the bedrooms.We are grateful for the opportunity to stay in Mike’s home once again. It remains our preferred choice when visiting CLE, and we look forward to future visits.

My wife and I have been renting on VRBO for about 15 years, averaging 2 trips a year. We have had some great hosts, but Mike is hands down the best we have ever dealt with. He was very responsive when emailing on this site. He made special accommodations for us without me even asking. He was always very friendly. Communication was great. When we arrived, he was right there to show is how to enter/ exit the property and gave us access to his garage. Once inside, we noticed several little personalized touches, which was much appreciated. And he was sooo generous with his home; fully stocked fridge and lots of treats. Easily the most stocked, well appointed kitchen we have ever experienced. He was very considerate of our dogs as well. The house itself is very cool, with everything you could possibly need. I have never left a review on this site, but I just had to because Mike was so awesome. If you are considering this home versus another, choose this one because of Mike.

Mike’s home was beautifully decorated, comfortable & clean. He outdid himself with all of the comforts of home & more. It was homey and welcoming with clear information to make our stay easy & fun. The location was prime with access to everything. Better than any great hotel.

Great space, communication, and visit

Mike was easy to communicate with, and helped us feel settled upon arrival. The house and amenities was great, and easily comfortable for a crew of 8 friends traveling in from a variety of places for a weekend. The neighborhood was also comfortable and easy, and the walkability to fun activities/ businesses and good food was a nice bonus. Thanks so much!

Amazing stay in a beautiful, well kept home! Perfect for traveling with doggos. Amazing fenced in yard and every amenity you will need. Super close to all of the wonderful area attractions. If you bring dogs make sure you get down to the dog beach in Cleveland!!!!

Cleveland Rocks!

The host was great. He was very informative, met us at the house, gave a tour and explain all the details of the house and property. The house was clean and stocked. Plenty of towels and linens. The refrigerator and pantry had lots of drinks, snacks, and food. Very spacious. Another bid plus is that it it close to all the stadiums, arenas, the Rock and Roll HOF and other attractions.

Family Visit

We had an amazing stay at Mike's. The house is beautiful and comfortable, with everything you need there and avaialable. The location made it easy for us to go back and forth between visits with family. The pantry, fridge, and freezer were stocked with treats (so thoughtful). Mike is an awesome host and we absolutely plan to return.

Very nice, modern and well-stocked rental!

As other reviews mentioned, Mike is THE best host. His home is really cool and the yard is super cute. Very dog friendly host, home and yard. Outdoor lights come on so you’re not stuck in the dark when ya get home late. Easy to get to dinner and to downtown Cleveland. Plenty of room for family and friends. We only had the 3 of us but there are 3 bedrooms plus a loft. Highly recommend!

Everything you’d ever need

This is a cozy home with everything you can dream of ever needing. Close to downtown. We had 5 adults in our group and everyone was pleased with this place. The owner met us at arrival to show us around. He provided a ton of food and drinks! We felt like treasured friends, and loved the lit-up porch lights welcoming us back at night. Highly recommend!

Above and beyond

First of all, the hosts are wonderful! Communication was great. The hosts met us at the property at check-in, and gave us a quick run-down for our stay. They provided information on local restaurants and grocery stores should we need them. We were offered the use use of their e-bikes if we wanted. We were surprised with a gift of steaks and a bottle of wine, as well as some other food and beverages. The house and property are well kept, with some recent renovations having been done. There were two grills available for our use in a very nice back yard with a picnic table and fire pit. We would definitely stay at this property again if we go to Cleveland in the future.

Well Beyond Expectations

We arrived in the afternoon and met with Mike, he was very friendly and gave us a quick tour of this beautiful home. It was very helpful because he was there to answer any questions we had. The place was super clean and so comfortable and the ad says it all "A place just like home". Mike was kind enough to provide the essentials so we didn't have to run out and grab things until the next morning. We even had a barbecue in the wonderful backyard Mike responded quickly to any messages we sent and gave us some suggestions on places to see. I just can't say enough about this wonderful place.

Amazing place

Fanily vacation to cedar point. The place was exactly what we needed. It was clean and extremely cute. Loved the neighborhood and all the community gardens and my family and I enjoyed walks around the neighborhood. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Edgewater beach was a great place to explore with a nice park and great walking trails too. We plan on renting this location again when we come back in October!

Just Do It

Don’t even think about it. Just rent it! You won’t find a better place to stay or a better host in this area which seems to be near everything. Mike goes above and beyond to make you feel at home!
