This 1,239 sq ft newly-remodeled and renovated home has been freshly painted, modernized with granite countertops, new flooring, and furnished in a stylishly warm and inviting way designed to make you feel “at home.” It’s the perfect place to stay when in Cleveland to visit friends or relatives or just for a great visit to make new memories there!

◆ Entertainment Your Way! This property offers a smart TV where you can log into your own Roku account for personalized streaming. Please note, cable access is not available. Don`t forget to log out before checkout for your security.
◆ The DINING area is a Large Table with 6 chairs to comfortably enjoy a meal.
◆ A remodeled and FULLY-EQUIPPED KITCHEN with brand new GRANITE COUNTERTOPS, quality appliances, and all you’d need to prepare meals at home. Plus essential extras like a KEURIG COFFEE MAKER for your morning perk-ups.

Please note that the second bedroom is connected to the third bedroom, which contains two beds. Guests will need to pass through the second bedroom to access the third. This layout works great for families or close groups, but may not be ideal for those seeking complete privacy between rooms.


◆ In the BACKYARD, you’ll find a private COVERED JACUZZI on the patio to enjoy rain or shine! In the backyard, find a CHARCOAL BBQ GRILL and have a grill night. This space is exclusively yours!
◆ There’s RELIABLE WI-FI and LAPTOP-FRIENDLY WORKSPACE for the remote worker or student. You’ll find a DESK and CHAIR set up in the sunroom where you can close the door for some peace and quiet if you must work or study.
◆ WASHER/DRYER combo next to the kitchen that you’re free to use with an IRON & IRONING BOARD too.
◆ FREE DRIVEWAY PARKING for at least 3-4 cars.

◆ Guests have the option of self-check-in using the electronic keypad located at the front door for added convenience.
◆ Access codes for the keypad will be sent to guests within 24 hours of their arrival to ensure a seamless check-in process.

🐶 Pets are not allowed without prior approval. If approved, a pet fee applies for up to two pets with no weight limit. Groups traveling with more than two pets will be charged an additional fee. Unauthorized pets will result in a $200 fine plus a $200 pet fee. Please reach out to us before your stay if you plan to bring pets.

Please make sure to log in using your own Roku and streaming accounts during your stay, as we do not provide Roku or any streaming service login information. Also, please note that cable access is not available. For your privacy and security, remember to log out of all accounts before checkout. 🔐

◆ Wi-Fi, 4 Smart TVs, bed linens, bath towels, the heated Jacuzzi, BBQ grill, and more are provided free during your stay.

◆ Please note that the hot tub is on a bi-weekly cleaning contract with Ohio Pools & Spas. They come two times a week to check levels and do a deep cleaning. In between their services, guests are free to sift/clean to their liking.

◆ We provide some complimentary basic essentials upon your arrival to help you get started, like soap, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner & body wash. Plus, trash bags for each trash bin, a roll of paper towels, and some laundry detergent. Supplies can be found in the basement under the kitchen and/or bathroom sinks or in the laundry area. Once you run out of any item, note that these items are not replenished, and you’d need to purchase more as needed.

◆ DO NOT LEAVE children/minors unattended at the property.

◆ Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

👉🏻 No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 penalty.
👉🏻 No tents or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
