Located 3 doors down from famous Christmas Story House Museum. Unit is fully renovated with high end finishes to accommodate up to 5 Airbnb Guests. Located in a duplex. This is upstairs unit and has private entrance. Open floor kitchen with custom made concrete countertop, full set of stainless steel appliances. Has dinning room, living room, laundry facilities on the side 2 full bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. Cable Tv and Wifi.
Newly remodeled with high end finishes 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom apartment in trendy Tremont is available for rent. Unit is located 3 doors down from famous museum "Christmas Story House". Less when 1 mile from MetroHeath and Steel Yard Commons (Restaurants and Shopping). 3 minutes from downtown, Cleveland State University and Ohio City. 10 minutes to Cleveland Clinic Main Campus, Case Western Reserve University and University Circle.
Unit has 2 levels. Top floor is a Huge Master Bedroom with master bathroom. Master bathroom has skylight and walk in shower. Shower and bathroom floor is tiled in Calcutta style porcelain tiles. Master bedroom is separated from bathroom with custom made barn style door.
Lower level utilizes open space concept
Kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and includes dishwasher, over-the-range microwave, gas stove, refrigerator; brand new antic white kitchen cabinets finished with custom made concrete countertop. Oversized kitchen sink finished with brass faucet assembled with pull out shower.

The entire property was clean inside and out and the beds were comfortable. The host answered my questions as well. We came to visit the Christmas Story House which was within walking distance, with a short drive to the USS Cod and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. We were excited to be near all of our destinations and Rowley’s Inn around the corner was an additional delight. The neighborhood was amazing and I would definitely stay here at this house again.

Very comfortable and well outfitted property. Close to the Cleveland Market which was one of our destinations. Communications with owner were very good. We would stay here again if returning to the Cleveland Clinic.

First visit

This was our first visit to Ohio. This was a great choice for a place to stay. Being a couple houses down from The Christmas Story House. We took a walk around the block met a great couple that we stopped and had a nice conversation with!! It was very clean and well kept! Thank you we really enjoyed it!!!

Convenient location

The physical location of the property was great, but the surrounding neighborhood was not clean. There was trash everywhere. We visited several of the local bars and restaurants and all were great. Our property was clean and had everything we needed for our four night stay. It was close to everything we wanted to do while in Cleveland.

Dirty & poor communication

Location worked for our group of friends, and checkin went well. Received the code the day before, and had no issues accessing the space. However, it was filthy. Crumbs on the couch and floor, sticky table, stained & sticky counter, stains on the towels/washclothes and hair on the bedding. When I reached out to the host, they took HOURS to respond, and just told me where the key was to the cleaning closet. Cleaning closet was a nightmare with only a janky vacuum and no cleaning supplies. When I asked for a partial refund, the host said they'll check on the space and let me know. DAYS go by and when I follow up, he says no refunds, and to check the listing before booking next time. The listing did not specify how dirty it would be, so I can only imagine their other reviews are from dirty people or just plain fake. Poorest communication, zero customer service and nasty space.

This apartment was perfect for our stay to see the Rolling Stones at Cleveland Browns Stadium. Conveniently located for all our needs. Comfortable place to relax during our downtime. Would stay again.

Perfect place for our stay!

I'm a single father whose youngest daughter is in her Senior year of high school. We decided to take a short trip to Cleveland over Spring Break. She brought along one of her friends. We had a fantastic time! The girls just loved the unit. We went on excursions during the day, yet the girls had the most fun coming back in the evening to relax, watch shows, and enjoy themselves. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Be prepared to use stairs and watch out for the ceiling in the upstairs master bedroom. The oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and furnace all work great. The wifi works really well! The host was also great to work with. Easily accessible yet not intrusive.

Inside was updated and very clean. Outside curb appeal makes you wonder what the inside is going to be like. You need to be able to manage steep stairs. One set immediately on entering and another set going up to the 2nd bedroom and bath. Would stay there again
