Welcome to our cozy, modern home in the charming town of Berea, Ohio.

We're less than a 5-minute drive from Cleveland Hopkins International Airport, the Browns training facility, NASA, the IX Center, and Baldwin Wallace University. Plus, downtown Cleveland is just a short 15-minute drive away. Pet-friendly ($30 per night, per pet), fully stocked, and close to major attractions, your Ohio getaway awaits!

Our spacious 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom house comfortably sleeps 12 guests, making it perfect for families, groups, or anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

One of the highlights of our house is the walk-out basement that leads to a spacious backyard with a fire pit and comfortable chairs. It's an ideal spot for relaxing evenings, toasting marshmallows, and enjoying the company of friends and family.

Perfect Stay

The stay was perfect, we had no issues while there. The basement was perfect for playing Mario Kart and hanging out. Backyard was a nice private area to relax. The kitchen was equipped with pans and utensils to cook, we didn't do any cooking as we were out and about most of the day. It was a great stay!

We come to the area at least twice a summer for softball tournaments. We stay with another family and grandparents. There was plenty of space for everyone. The home was clean and well-stocked with supplies.

Charming House and Wonderful Hospitality

We had a wonderful stay at this charming home in Berea! Everything was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The hosts went above and beyond with thoughtful touches like a welcome basket of snacks and fresh ground coffee, which made our mornings so easy. They checked in regularly to see if we needed anything and were truly a pleasure to interact with. The house was perfect for our family of four adults while visiting relatives in the Cleveland area. We would absolutely stay here again!

It was almost perfect

I was in town for Baldwin Wallace graduation. This house is only a short 5 minute drive. The four bedrooms with queen beds was exactly what we needed. The 2 first floor bedrooms and bathroom were very convenient for my son who has special needs. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs and they tended to be excessively hot or cold. The main living room area is rather small and definitely needs new a new couch or loveseat. The appliances are all top of the line and fantastic to use. The downstairs tv room was not used by our group very much but it was nice with a large tv. This room led to the fire pit area and we did make use of that.One suggestion I will make, there should be a way to sit outside from the kitchen/ sunroom and/or the front porch, especially with the nice weather.This house was perfect for what we needed. Location was fantastic for our needs.It was an awesome weekend and I'm glad I found this rental.

Great place, great location, plenty of room

Overall we were very happy with the house. It's location in Berea is central to everything we did and especially easy access to the airport. the house was clean, easy access and instructions were spot on. We hope to routinely use this location when we visit our large family in the Cleveland area.

Wedding stay

We booked the house to be centrally located for our daughter’s wedding. It was a great fit for all of us. The kitchen was fully stocked and was perfect for cooking meals. We really enjoyed using it as a home base.

Best Choice in this Area

Clean house with comfy beds and plenty of room for 8 adults. We loved that it was so close to the airport and had everything we needed close by. The host takes care to make sure you have all the conveniences of home. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash in both bathrooms and all kitchen supplies we needed.

Cuyahoga and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame

We really enjoyed our stay and this house perfectly met are needs and was conveniently located near both Cuyahoga and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. With 2 kids/teens, 2 adults, and 3 dogs everyone was able to have their own space. We had everything we needed.

Everything We Needed

The property is as described and was clean. Although it is an old house it was well kept up and had new appliances. We enjoyed having the large shower on the basement level, used the outdoor fire pit to make Somemores, and were able to accommodate TV watchers on one floor and conversationalists on another. We rented this property to visit parents/grandparents/great grandparents and had only to drive a few minutes to get to them. We spent time at the Berea City pool and playground. Grocery stores and restaurants are close by. This property had everything we needed.

June stay for Scottish Fest

Very nice with nice extra touches such as some snacks, assorted teas and hot chocolate. Owner was very responsive to emails. Window air in upstairs bedrooms did have a small gap and we did have a wasp get in and a couple small bugs. Other than that all was great.

Berea/Cleveland Trip

Really enjoyed staying in this property in Berea - it's close to the airport (yet we didn't hear any plane noise), easy to navigate to downtown Cleveland (see the Rock &Roll HoF, restaurants in Little Italy); it was clean and spacious; lots of shops and restaurants in the area to pick up groceries and breakfast. The communication with the property manager was quick and timely when we had questions about extra blankets. We came to witness the total solar eclipse and left appreciating the area of Cleveland!

Nice stay, good location.

We had a good stay overall. The directions for the house were excellent and all the amenities were available as listed. The second bathroom in the basement was very helpful for the five adults staying there. It should be made clear that two bedrooms upstairs do not have a nearby bathroom. It took a night of being cold to figure out how to best heat the upstairs bedrooms. The house was clean but had a dog smell; we had to take Benadryl on night one as it felt like there were allergens in the air. The blinds need to be cleaned and that may not be apparent to the cleaning crew during the day. The beds were comfortable. A word of caution to light sleepers that the nearby trains run frequently. Otherwise the neighborhood was nice and it was convenient to Berea.

Concerned the cleaning crew wasn’t doing their job to the best of their ability. Lots of cobwebs and dust bunnies in basement and under beds and furniture. Location is on a busy street which wasn’t obvious from the pictures. However, overall decent stay and served our needs….

Long weekend in Berea/Cleveland.

This home was spotless with complete attention to detail. It was exactly as pictured. Cheek in instructions, additional information on the area were all great. The location is close to Baldwin Wallace University as well as a reasonable drive to downtown Cleveland. We will definitely recommend to friends and family and would stay again. Berea Home

Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. The house has plenty of rooms and space and is very homey. The kitchen was nicely stocked for us to cook (the air fryer was a nice touch!). Jana was a great host - communication was fast and very professional. We loved how close the house was to the airport and places to eat & shop. It should be noted that the house is on a very busy road and is right behind the railroad tracks making it a bit noisy. This was not ideal for us considering we have a toddler who needs to nap & loves to be outside.
