Welcome to The Inn @ Issaqueena! Located directly across from Patrick Square and 3 miles from Clemson University, this spacious 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath house will be your getaway destination for everything Clemson. Careful consideration has been given to style and comfort to ensure a memorable stay while visiting the Clemson area. You'll love the spaciousness, layout, decor, privacy, and location of this Tiger themed house!

This professionally decorated 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home boasts a spacious interior with an open floor plan; perfect for gatherings, a private-fenced in back yard for sitting on the deck or playing a game of Clemson corn hole, and a 2-car garage with 2 parking pads for ample guest parking. The main level consists of the master bedroom with ensuite bath featuring a jetted tub, shower, and water closet; and has an outside door leading to the back yard deck to enjoy morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a full bathroom with tub/shower combination. The half bath is conveniently located off the living room. The living room features a 75" smart TV-visible from the open breakfast room and kitchen and is perfect for gatherings. Completing the main level is an oversized laundry room with a brand-new Samsung washer and dryer to use during your stay. The 4th bedroom is conveniently located right off the living room /kitchen area and provides a split bedroom layout-perfect for privacy. This room is large-over 450 sq ft and features a king bed, ensuite bathroom with shower and walk-in closet. There is a designated work area in this room for those who need to "get things done" during your stay with desk, chair, lamp and bookcase. This home is the perfect setup for guests needing space to gather, rooms to rest, an area to get a little work done, and privacy outside for fun, games, grilling and relaxation.

This home is delightful in every way! It is very easy to find, checking in was uneventful and it was welcoming from the beautiful decor to the well appointed kitchen, and finally, to the comfortable, cozy beds. Our host was very communicative and we enjoyed the Tiger decor that was subtle yet very tasteful. We played a lot of I-spy with our 2 year old searching all of the Tigers in the room.

Great house for my husband and me and our 3 adult kids. The dining room was a great place to share Thanksgiving dinner and the living area was great for playing games and watching football. Rooms were great and beds were very comfortable!

Plenty of room to spread out. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. Convenient for visiting Clemson. Garage was really nice since It was raining when it was time to pack up and head out. Could walk to the Brewery!

Perfection in Clemson

This house is so comfortable, roomy and in a perfect location. I would highly recommend staying here for a large family. The parking/driveway/garage area was so large and all the rooms and living spaces were spacious and well decorated. Everyone in our family was very impressed and it was the perfect set up! The Clemson Tigers theme was fun and wonderful as well!

Perfect for our Family

The 7 of us stayed comfortably in this house for a long weekend. Comfortable and beautiful. Pictures are accurate and Ellen was responsive when needed. Right across the street from Patrick Square where our extended family lives. Would rent again.

Fantastic place

Girls get away

Very nice property. Wonderful wooded back yard. It was nice to sit and look at nature. Not from from campus with excellent restaurants near by. We are older (+70) ladies, so a few of us had a harder time with the steps and our luggage. Very nice kitchen with water in the refrigerator. All and all it was nice! We recommend this property!

Amazing location!

Great house for game day! Perfect location close to Inn at Patrick Square. Walked to Rick Erwin’s for dinner. Plenty of room for 6 of us. Fully stocked kitchen. Short Uber ride to downtown. Will definitely rent again!
