"The facilities are new so everything was pretty clean, tidy, and mostly in working order. THE NOISE THOUGH. If you're hard of hearing or a heavy sleeper then it's fine but if you aren't you're going to have a rough time. The walls, ceilings/floors are super thin and we could clearly hear the conversations of those around us, the people above us walking around, babies crying, children running around, phones ringing, the whole lot. "A few of us were traveling to Greensville for a wedding - this hotel was perfect - greatamenties, rooms were clean and room, and good condition. The free hot breakfast was great - despite the fact that the pancake maker was out of service the star was the biscuits and gravey and the cinnamen buns. The loction was minuts from GSP and Downtown - I wouls stay here again when we visit."

"A charming and cozy stay! Pettigru Place Bed and Breakfast is absolutely amazing—beautifully decorated, warm, and welcoming. It’s even better than the pictures and conveniently located close to downtown Greenville, SC. The atmosphere is peaceful and inviting, making it a perfect getaway. My only small recommendation would be to tone down the sugar at breakfast. While the pancakes were delicious, the cinnamon topping was a bit too sweet for my taste—maybe offer it on the side? "

"Newer property, so it was modern. Conveniently located near Historic Greer Station and Greer City Park. Both easily walkable. Many restaurants and shops in historic Greer Station. Area was clean and safe. Breakfast and staff were top notch! Will definitely stay there again if back in the area. "

"We had to move from Best Western by the airport to this one, Best Western +. The regular Best Western was a nightmare with very strong smoke odors making us ill. Advise guests if there are smoking rooms/buildings. Our stay at the + was worth the financial difference. "
