"Description said sleeps 7 and there were only 2 beds and the couch was not a sofa bed. At most it sleeps 5 if someone sleeps on the hard sofa. Very dim lighting. Not satisfied with stay."

"DO NOT STAY HERE EVEN IF ITS FREE!! This place is absolutely horrible. The first horrible room had no hot water and bugs. Then I called to make them put us in a different room. Then I decided to pay and extra 30 bucks for a suite that I was told was updated and brand new. Which it was. The room was nicer and had hot water. The next day I woke up more bugs in my new room. "The room was very cold and clean. Very good beds and spacious bathroom. Very quiet and a lot of parking space. The continental breakfast was fresh and the staff is very nice ready to give good customer service. I have stayed in this hotel two times now, and I like it very much."

"I've been visiting this resort for over 20 years and love it so much! There were a few things I noticed during this visit though, that I was a little disappointed with. Front desk and spa desk staff all pretty much had a bad attitude. The bartenders and valet guys were great, however! And things (room, shower, deck, pool deck, and pool) in general felt dirty or unkept. The food was fantastic. We ate at both the pool and the restaurant near the front of the resort."

"Tampa was booked due to the BTS concert so we decided to reserve the closets possibly and this was the only place under $200 we could find. I didn’t expect a 5 star experience but the place is falling apart. The bed covers need to be changed they have rips and holes. The bathroom door frame was broken like someone had kicked the door and broke it. It resembled a scary movie room."
