"We used to like the hotel and were coming there regularly. Unfortunately, it is getting worse in its attempts to cut costs anywhere. During this visit:
- the most upsetting was that the bottles for shampoo, bodywash and handwashing all contained the same liquid - looks like some not the best quality handwashing soap.
- room does not have an iron or board, you need to ask for it separately.
- noone during the checkin told us that we have free breakfast. Yes, we missed it but the hotel should...

"I’ve stayed 3 times and find that the rooms are fairly spacious compared to other NYC hotels in the area. Staff are good though it’s somewhat self service hotel. Elevators bank has 4 elevators so not much waiting."

"the hotel is very convenient, everything is walkable distance if not, there is the subway like 0.2 miles from the hotel. the cookies were a great touch. You can get free hot water from the lobby convenient store (is that what is it called?) but then when you press for hot water, it will tell you that it will charge 2 dollars (I think) but actually there is no charge. I feel like there should be a sign specifically says that you can get hot water for free, so there is no confusions."
