"Staff members were very helpful and friendly. Chech was super quick. Only problem was the main elevator wasn’t working. But did use the Southside elevator. Room was clean and great with beautiful views."

"The breakfast was overpriced, and the lake view room fell short of expectations in terms of upkeep. The TV console drawers were loose and wouldn’t stay closed, the full-size mirror was broken and had been removed without replacement, the lakeside windows were foggy, and the accent chair was missing its ottoman."

"Hotel is an all suite hotel which is nice. It has a sofa bed, frig & microwave. Shower area is separate from toilet area for convenience. Shower looked like it had mold in the corners. The air conditioner cooled the room, but was extremely noisy. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. Had waffles and eggs with a few variations. Would have liked a sweet roll option, but only bagels, bread and English muffins. Workout room was OK, but equipment could use some maintenance. Very safe location....
