Enjoy your stay at THE LODGE AT SUNCADIA in our cozy privately owned ONE BEDROOM condo on the resort side. This unit features a King size bed in it's private large bedroom with a desk, sliding glass doors and access to private fenced in patio, a pull out queen sofa in the main living space also with sliding glass door access to private patio, connecting the two. The patio gives the unit an additional 200+ sq. feet, fenced with full privacy, perfect for kids, furry friends, welcoming fresh air, outdoor seating, and/or an outdoor game.
This unit features a full kitchen: full size fridge, cooktop, dishwasher fully stocked kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, etc.
Ice is available at the front desk.

We have multiple units available to rent at Suncadia, if you are looking for more than one unit during the same time frame.

As a guest of one of our privately owned unit(s), the friendly staff at the front desk will check you in, take your bags and valet park your car. While staying as a guest at Suncadia resort, a Destination Hotel, you have access to the the wonderful concierge service, multiple dining options and onsite bar, coffee shop, full service spa and outdoor pool at the lodge.

**Guests of our unit have FULL (seasonal) access to the outdoor pool and hot tub at the main lodge.
Please inquire if these are "open" prior to your stay.
**Please note that as a guest of our privately owned unit at Suncadia resort, you do NOT have access to the off-site indoor/ outdoor pool and waterslides at the fitness center OR Nelson farm pool. For access, you must rent directly through Destination Hotels/Suncadia Resort and pay the additional fees and variable room rates.

The 6,000 acre resort offers a variety of activity during all four seasons. Featuring two award winning golf courses, a luxury spa, and a beautiful winery, you can enjoy both adventure and relaxation whether it be golf, fishing, horseback riding, quad/ATV rentals, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, hiking, tennis, basketball, miles of paved biking trails, kayaking and much more. The nearby towns of Cle Elum and Roslyn offer quaint shopping at locally owned businesses, and a lovely farmers market on Sundays (seasonal).

The resort does a phenomenal job orchestrating fun family activities year round.

The view was amazing. Dishwasher was full of clean dishes, which is nice but do not want to put past guest dishes away on our vacation.

Perfect Christmas Getaway

We enjoyed Suncadia Lodge and all it had to offer. The lodge was decorated for Christmas and very cozy. The condo was clean and we really appreciated being able to bring our French bulldog Benny. He could use the back patio to go to the bathroom. Thank you for providing a dog food and water container. Everyone was very helpful carting our luggage both to the room and back to the car. The pool was nice and warm even in the snow. We rented snowmobiles right down the road and had a blast! Kids sledded on the hill behind the Swiftwater Cellars. It was a perfect winter getaway! Thank you!

Nicely furnished unit

The unit has nice furnishings, well located in the community, spacious bedroom, two tv's, plus pillow top bed, extra pillows, tub and shower, washer/dryer, large patio, excellent appliances, but no view and not a great location in the Lodge. The Kuerig coffee maker was too sophisticated for us drip brewers. We bought coffee downstairs. The steelhead, and the Sea Bass at swiftwater cellars were phenomenal. The Zephyr Hills cab. was excellent also. Suncadia is an excellent family with children, or golfer destination. Tennis and pickle-ball are minimally supported, with no tennis gear shopping and only one tennis/pickle-ball location. The age 55+ community is a 25 minute meandering drive thru the community, close to the rear entrance from Roslyn. Not a desirable location, but nice homes under construction.

A wonderful place!

I have nothing but great things to say about this condo! Lovely unit in a wonderful setting. Immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. We (and our dog) especially appreciated the fenced patio. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again.

Fantastic property

The condo was absolutely immaculate, and everything was in good working order. The private balcony is fantastic especially with the sunny and warm days that we had and makes the space feel even bigger than it already is. We will definitely be renting this one again!!!!

Will Come Again!

Our stay was fantastic! The interior of the rental was beautifully decorated and felt like a home away from home. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped for all of our cooking needs. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the outdoor space. We loved spending time on the patio, soaking up the sun and taking in the fresh, crisp air. We recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway!

condo review

The condo was beautiful, immaculate and roomy. Very pleased with the condo. Only drawback was the very tall fence on the terrace preventing any view and feeling claustrophobic. The bathroom lights are very dim around the sink area. The check in process was tedious. Apparently the VRBO rentals are not under the control of Suncadia resort. When asked if we could check in early they said we would have to contact the owner. When we asked for extra cream for our coffee the desk said we would have to contact the owner. (?) Poor communication from Suncadia resort.

Suncadia retreat time!

Enjoyed Suncadia as always! Nice spacious room with a lovely, enclosed patio which made it very easy to stay with our dog and spend some quiet time outside. We also did quite a bit of cooking; the unit kitchen is well stocked. Love Swiftwater restaurant, yum! Easy parking at lodge, lots of nice walking trails, attentive staff. No ice maker but the front desk delivered for us. :)

Everything was great except for 2 things. 1. There seemed to be a little fly issue. Was happy to see the swatter under the sink. Not a huge deal. 2. The washing machine door would not close securely so I couldn't wash my race clothes. Again mot a big deal as handwashed was ok.

Overall our stay was nice. The beds were comfortable. Nice pool and hot tub. The TV did not work very well. We could only watch TV and not stream anything. The remote in the bedroom didn't work at all. The Kurig machine was not easy to use and noisy. The handles came off the freezer part of the refrigerator. It would have been nice to have a nice cup of coffee plus cereal and fruit for breakfast that was included in our rent as we didn't have breakfast. Overall, it was OK but a little pricey for what we got.

Thank goodness for a great host!

We have been frequent fliers of Suncadia for 15 years! The checki in process was an absolute s%=+show. 💯. However, Shannon was instantly in communication with me. Her professionalism and kindness unruffled my feathers. ( the martini at the bar downstairs helped as well). The condo was super clean and well appointed. Everything you need and some extra cozy blankets were perfect for start gazing on the huge patio.
