This three-story home has a beautiful view of the Prospector Golf Course signature 10th hole. With three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, your home away from home comfortably welcomes up to 12 guests!Walk inside and you're welcomed by a warm, lodge-inspired aesthetic. Rustic hardwood floors stretch throughout the open floor plan. Wood beam and stone accents tie together the sleek yet cozy ambiance. 70th Birthday

We stayed here to celebrate my 70th birthday with kids and granddaughters. A great location and beautiful view! The quibbles, the bedrooms need drapes or shades, the light comes in way too early for families who want to sleep in. Also, TV advertised as Netflix, but it didn’t work. Otherwise I would give it five stars.

Family Vacation

I initially considered a lower rating due to a choppy check in experience but this property location, comfort and amenities won us over. What you should know if considering this location is there is not a driveway. Unpacking takes a bit longer moving gear from carport to the home. One settled in we found all sorts of extras not mentioned when booking. There is a pack and play, laundry hampers and family games. We loved the convenient charging station and back patio with a view of the course frequented by Deer and Elk. The WiFi was good and there are TVs in every room. The movie room on the top level is a very fun use of the space. There is not a basic cable package, so you have to get creative to watch sports etc. The ice machine was not working, and the heater made a fog horn sound every few hours. Suncadia staff and service are consistently on point. Overall a very lovely location and we would recommend it to families and adult guests.

Family trip

This was an excellent house with plenty of room for us and our kids. There is a perfect sledding hill out back, which the kids were in everyday, and it was close to all the trails for skiing and hiking. Definitely would recommend for a family trip.

Fantastic Getaway

This was our first time in Suncadia and we will certainly be back. We had three young boys (5,7,9) and this property was perfect for our family. Great location, easy check-in and great experience overall in Suncadia.

Great location near pool and views of golf course!

The loft room was great for kids and even more spacious than the pictures showed. Limited parking in complex, but otherwise a great place and we would return.
