SURVEILLANCE DEVICES: 1. House has Doorbell with Camera 2. Outdoor areas are monitored through exterior cameras
HOUSE GUIDE/RULES: Safety is a huge concern to us. If you proceed forwards you understand that Slips, trips, cuts, falls & heat strokes are on the guests. By renting the home you are waiving all liabilities on the owners.
1. Please keep your shoes at the entryway. Shoes are not allowed inside the house. 2. Please ensure pets are kept off the couches and beds. This is to provide quality experience to every guest we host. 3. Please clean after your pet. LEAVE NO TRACE (WASTE) behind otherwise you would be fined. ($250) 4. No smoking allowed. 5. No events or parties allowed. 6. Please make sure, the hot tub is covered after use properly and temperature is set back to 100F. Please make sure you understand the risks or side effects of staying in Hot Tub (especially if you are pregnant, please avoid it). Also, make sure to rinse off before getting into hot tub, if dump and refill is needed after your stay, $200 fine will be added to cover the cost. 7. DON’T LEAVE KIDS unattended in Hot tub or outdoors or anywhere where supervision is needed. 8. Please don’t burn wood in any circumstance. Use the gas fire pit. Cle Elum is very high fire risk area, if you are found burning wood. Law enforcement would be notified. 10. Please observe the quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. Remember there are folks who live full time close by so please respect the rules and keep it down to avoid any issues. If you violate, complaints can be made by neighbors or if security finds it. Upwards of $1000 fine could be added if violate. 11. No parking on the street/gravel/dirt at all times. Only park on driveway. If you violate, $1000+ fine will be added. 11. Please clean all the dishes that you use during your stay including Coffee Pot, Blender and any other appliance or utensils. 12. Please turn-off the gas for the grill/fireplaces after the use. 13. Garbage bins are located outside. Please make sure to pack the garbage and put into large bins. 14. [Winter] Snow shovels are available for use. Please make sure they are placed back in the same spot after use. 15. [Winter] Please watch out for icy and slippery surfaces. Be careful and watch your steps. If you think something is not right, let me know as soon as possible.
If you are not comfortable with any of the rules or any other thing mentioned above, then, this house isn't for you.

It was a wonderful stay for my family over Christmas! House was very clean great amenities. Enjoyed the location, hot tub & outdoor fireplaces, as well as the indoor fireplaces, especially the one in the master bedroom. Would recommend to others and would stay again.

This is a great home in a very nice location. The issues we had renting this property had to do mostly with cleanliness. The game room floors were sticky, coffee pot had coffee left in it, and was moldy, hot tub lid was half open, was not clean, and there was no chlorine in the water. Let the owner know about the hot tub, and they did send someone right over to clean it, but did not seem too concerned when the other issues were mentioned.

Good location off of golf course
The property was good. Some of the bedding in the upstairs activity room had some stains on it, the wine cooler in the kitchen had some damage to it, the floor board in the kitchen by the dishwasher was coming off, the back door handle came off when coming inside (later secured by my husband) and the hot tub had quite a bit of debris in it. I noticed many things that were broken and or damaged and when renting a property I do not want to be billed for pre- existing issues. It made me kind of nervous that so many things were damaged. But overall, it is a rental property and it was fine with a good location. My family had a great time using the pool table and ping pong table in the garage. The kitchen was big, and we loved cooking together in it.

We had a great stay. All was as described in the property site. It was clean, and had everything we needed. There was some spring landscaping going on but the landscapers were very accommodating to our needs. We would stay again.

Spring break
Seth is a great host allowing me to check in as early as I wanted. House is beautiful with extra comfy beds! Awesome hot tub. Tons of towels for the hot tub were available for use! Games in the garage were very entertaining for the teens! The kitchen was fully stocked with a great spice drawer! Fire pit needed a long bbq lighter and left side patio door was not locking from the inside. Other than that we had a great time! We hope to be back soon!!

Great place to spend the 4th of July
Loved the location of the property. The house layout was great with a great indoor family room and kitchen. Alson enjoyed the master bedroom suite.
The outdoor space was also great and enjoyable with a view of the 17th tee on Prospector golf course.

Excellent Family Vacation Rental
We recently stayed in this house for 5 nights. Check-in was seamless, property was very clean and well appointed, good location and excellent / responsive property management. Seth was awesome and responded to any of our questions about the home in minutes. Much quicker than what I've experienced going through Suncadia's main rental pool. Highly recommend this property!

Perfect vacation spot!
Everything about the house was perfect for us. We brought our two dogs and our cousins with their two daughters.
There was ample seating for everyone both indoors and outdoors. Enough space for everyone to move about and be comfortable. The girls absolutely loved the bunk beds upstairs and relaxed on the bean bag chairs for a movie break.
For the dogs, it was so easy to go in and out of the backyard, and the covered patio was perfect space to dry them off from running in the snow before going into the house.
Speaking of snow, sledding just footsteps from the backdoor? The girls were elevated that the sleds were right there for them to use.

Seth we really enjoyed your home there was so much to do and we didn’t spend enough time there . Just to let you know my nephew came on Saturday and slept on the sofa bed in the upper loft and apparently the air mattress kept losing air all night .Other than that we loved your place.We have a place on Treasure Island in Allyn Washington that has 8 bedrooms that we used to VRBO and yours was just as comfy.

Good Family Home
Home is getting older & needs some update work. Upstairs toilet overflowed & needs update. 1 sink in master not able to use as unable to open drain system. Seth & Todd VERY responsive when we needed help with operational issues. Recognize the difficulty when many are people using home & don't take good care of it
