"From the front desk to the coffee clerk at breakfast this morning, our stay was 5-star! Everyone was extremely helpful, joyful, and genuinely appeared happy to be working there. Our room was beautiful and clean and the bed was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again!"

"My biggest complaint about Hilton Garden Downtown Asheville is that the bathtub in my room DID NOT have an anti-slip surface nor an anti-slip mat in the tub. It felt very slippery while showering. Thankfully there was a "grab-bar" installed so that helped. Otherwise, I felt very unsafe while showering."
