The home offers fabulous views, a gorgeous back yard facing the lake, a boat dock, good water depth at the boathouse, and a hot tub. The outside boasts 3 balconies and 1 covered porch, a grill, and plenty of outside furniture. With 3 primary bedroom suites (all with newly renovated ensuite bathrooms and lake views), everyone is going to be happy!

Welcome to Graceland! Inside on the main floor, the house’s design features an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, a modern kitchen with bar area seating, a separate dining area, the living room, 1 primary bedroom with lake views and ensuite bathroom, 1 additional bedroom with lake views, 1 newly renovated half bathroom, and a laundry room (with washing machine, dryer, and a sink). The living room features a decorative stone fireplace, 70 inch smart tv and fantastic panoramic lake views. The living room is perfect for board games, watching tv, reading, listening to music, relaxing around the decorative stone fireplace, or taking in the expansive views of the lake. The open kitchen, which is the ideal place for cooking, has a refrigerator with freezer (and ice maker), an oven and gas stovetop, a dishwasher, a microwave, and coffee makers (both drip and Keurig). For meals, you can dine at the 8-person inside dining table, the 4 stools at the kitchen bar, the 6-person table on the screen-in porch, or the 8-person dining table in the backyard overlooking the lake.

The first primary bedroom on the main floor can accommodate 2 adults and features a king bed, fantastic water views, a 70-inch smart TV, plenty of drawer space and space for hanging clothes, window shades, a ceiling fan, and 2 Qi wireless charging devices (to charge your smartphone or tablet). The primary bedroom has an ensute bathroom with a walk-in shower, jacuzzi tub with views of the lake, a double vanity, and a large walk-in closet. The queen bedroom on the main floor can accommodate 2 adults and features a queen bed, water views, a 50-inch smart TV, drawer space, window shades, and 2 Qi wireless charging devices (to charge your smartphone or tablet). The main floor also includes a newly renovated half bathroom and the laundry room.
On the second floor over the kitchen, you will discover a second primary bedroom, a primary ensuite bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The second primary bedroom can accommodate 2 adults and features a king bed, fantastic water views, a 65-inch smart tv, plenty of drawer space, a large walk-in closet, window shades, a ceiling fan, and 2 Qi wireless charging devices (to charge your smartphone or tablet). The ensuite bathroom includes a dual sink vanity, a walk-in shower with views of the lake, and a toilet.
On the second floor over first primary bedroom, you will discover a third primary bedroom, a primary ensuite bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The third primary bedroom can accommodate 3 adults and features a king bed, a pull out love sofa (that turns into a twin bed), fantastic water views, a 65-inch smart TV, a door for easy entrance and exit onto the private second floor balcony overlooking the lake, plenty of drawer space, a large walk-in closet, window shades, a ceiling fan, and 2 Qi wireless charging devices (to charge your smartphone or tablet). The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower with views of the lake.
In the basement you will find a spacious great room, a full-size refrigerator (with freezer), a full bathroom (with walk-in shower), an additional 5th bedroom, French doors with easy access to the hot tub and lake. The great room in the basement includes a 85-inch smart TV (and a Blu-Ray player with a minimal selection of Blu-Ray and DVD movies), two large couches and two comfortable chairs. The 5th bedroom can accommodate 4 adults and has 2 bunkbeds and a walk-in closet. In addition, the basement has an additional bunkbed that can accommodate 2 additional adults, meaning a total of 6 adults can sleep in the basement. On the landing area down to the basement, you will find a pull-out sofa (that can accommodate 2 adults) and a 50-inch smart TV.
This is a Pet Friendly home! If you would like to bring a pet, please reach out before booking. If your pet is permitted, the pet fee is $50 per night for the first pet and $25 per night for each additional pet.

Pets must be pre-approved in advance. We charge a pet fee of $50 per night for the first pet and $25 a night for each additional pet. You can pay the pet fee upon check-in.
